Today I called reception and asked for water bottle ,they said they will send and no response for an hour .after an hour I called them again then they said water bottle is chargeable,I said ok and still I did not receive it so I walked down to dining area, and the guy in dining area said he has no information about it and he gave 2 free bottles.as I walked back to the room house keeping guy standing with water bottle and a bill of 80 rs for the bottle .I said I dont need it.as o got mine.reception girls please keep in mind you are taking salaries for what you are doing.dont spoil the name of such a big hotel.I GIVE 10/10 TO DINING AREA GUY.

Good property in City area. Rooms are good but needs some maintenance. the quality overall of rooms is excellent. Had got packed breakfast which was just fruits although they told will contain sandwich as well.

Really had a bad stay in the hotel. Booked the room thru MakeMyTrip app and got a room. Check-in after 4hours the room started leaking water from fire alarm instrument.Hotel staff gave another room. But the taps are not working properly. Health faucet is not good. Not at all satisfied.Guys if you are booking for stay in this hotel better check everything as soon as u do check-in.

They charged 1600/- INR to Laundry for 2 Pair dresses.Bathroom too worst.. water is coming outside from washrooms.Building is looks like 5 star but inside rooms like a 100/- lodges but they are charging too high prices for all services. 🤦‍♂️😡😡

Recently one my friend happened to stay here. The hotel is very nice and centrally located in Ameerpet, the Bus stand and Metro station are very near by.The hotel is maintained well and the House keeping and Reception staff are courteous and well behaved.The tarriff of the rooms are reasonably priced, you are entitled all the facilities here.I recommend this Hotel for a stay.

I am still staying at the hotel. I checked in today. All the rooms were uncleaned, the dirt and few garbage were lying on the floor, the bathroom were dirty of all the 2 rooms that were shown to me. It was 10pm already n after a long day I really wanted to rest. The staff gave me another room...and while I was having dinner I saw an eaten piece of pineapple was on the floor, again these people havent cleaned the room. Its honestly a matter of shame n carelessness that during these tough times these hotel staff arent keeping the rooms clean. Few of the housekeeping staffs are discourteous too, also I found that the staff at the reception werent welcoming. I would never like to stay in this hotel.

The Air conditioning is pathetic it doesn’t work I checked in late so was tired to call some one to fix this. I expect a 4 star hotel to atleast have these fixed before the guest arrives. The food I ordered from the room service is not a great experience also. I have been charged 135 rs for a 750ml Pepsi bottle. Normally if was served in a glass I expect that’s under service charge but I have received the pet bottle so service charge is involved there when I asked was told a usual story.COVID-19 restrictions are followed so it’s safe to check in to in this hotel

Don’t order anything from in-house restaurant . I ordered chicken pepper and they got it from outside road side eatery and served .Pathetic service and huge prices. One soda bottle of 500 ml costs 140/- bucks .I normally don’t write negative comments on any hotels as it’s thier investments . But this time I couldn’t control . Rooms are good.

Very nice hotel and comfy rooms. Although age does reflect in rooms but still very well maintained. Many services are restricted in covid, but still hotel staff goes extra mile to assist guests.

Two days before they told me it can be extended on Sunday. Today when I went to extend they asked me to vacate because their rooms are full. Duty Manager Ashish was very uncurteous. They assure but fail.

Rooms are good and buffet breakfast is also good. Staff not cooperative. Didnt get double bed even after specially mentioning it while booking. Gave 2 single beded room. Changed the room after multiple requests only the next day. Left some clothes by mistake in the room. Called up the hotel and asked them to send those by post. Told them we will pay the cost. They promised everytime but after 4-5 days followup where they just handed over the phone to one another and kept promising to do the need full we had to give up. Didnt expect such service from a hotel which claims 4 stars.

The buffet spread is not worth the cost. I would not recommend to visit this place for buffet atleast until the pandemic is over.

I had booked rooms here 45 days prior to my stay. Once I reached after attending hectic marriage celebrations, I checked in at 9.30pm, 21 Dec 2020. Yes late check-in. And nobody bothers to carry my 6 luggages. After requesting also no response so we took them ourself.And I had requested large bed in my booking itself as I had kid to sleep with us. But once I see the room there was two single beds!! So I called reception to change, he says ok and no response for 15mins and I kept reminding 3-4 times that we were still waiting to fresh up once they change room. Next call I made and reception cuts the call!! Now manager (Abhay) calls and says they cannot change room. And its based on availability, and argues at 11pm. Then whats the benifit of me requesting 45days in advance??? For fun? Later they upgraded room to get large bed. Then we made our kid sleep at 12.30am and ordered dinner by swiggy at 1am..!!Complimentary Breakfast was pathetic, you better can have street side idli or dosa. You call for any room service they take ages to respond. Reception staff dont respect you.Good ambience invested here but, hospitality and service lacks!!

We decided to book a hotel in Hydrabad near city center and zeroed down on some hotels and I called all of them to consider our request for early check-in and noone accepted. But when I called Aditya Park at midnight, they not only agreed for early check in but also adjusted arrival breakfast instead check out day. This only made us comfortable to book online.Arrival check in process was smooth. Room was clean neat and well organised with all required essentials. Room service was prompt and hospitable.Coming to breakfast spread, it confused me what to eat and what to skip. Too many options 😃 except parathas every thing was delicious.I faced only one issue and it was maintainance work which was going on the floor otherwise this is the best hotel in Hydrabad in terms of connectivity, good food, service n safe too for women. special mention to ZEESHAN who understood our each requirement and gave us prompt response.

First day when I booked that hotel when I want to check in hotel was not opened and asked me to move to their other sister concern hotel. It took 2 hours for them to check me in and no food was available because of their late check in. Second day when again I want to stay in their sister concern hotel they asked me to move back to their previous hotel where I booked on first day that is aditya park. Then I shifted to that that aditya park hotel. No ac working no service. I can understand because of situation presently going on. But there is no water also. I was strucked in the washroom from morning 6am to 7am on next day because of no water. After several times calling the reception no response from them. My flight was by 9 am I have to leave to airport then I used toilet paper and ordered for mineral water washed my face and leave to airport. Very good property with worst maintenance.😡😱

Not happy woth stay

Stayed in Hotel Aditya Park for two nights recently and overall experience is positive. Hotel is located at 350 m distance from Ameerpet metro station. The Superior room was clean but found it a bit small for a family of three, better to go for junior suite in such a case. Food is something I am not happy, breakfast was mostly good but buffet and alacarte food was just average. I tried veg combo, hyderabadi biryani, buffet dinner and paneer dishes. However, quantity of alacarte and combo was more than sufficient. I will recommend this hotel if you have option to eat lunch and dinner outside.

Service not upto the mark . Amex card swiping machine was down , when asked during the checkin, they gave a false promise of sorting it quickly . Even after 4 days , it was still down . If they call it a business hotel , they have keep these basic needs upto the mark else they have to be very clear at the beginning itself , that Amex cards are not accepted . I would have chosen the other better hotels .

We had a get together dinner buffet in here. The food is alright but not very impressive though. The staff is polite and cooperative. The ambiance is pretty calm and attractive. The washrooms are well maintained too. There is also a banquet hall available . Absolutely loved the colour and interior of the banquet hall. We had like a small celebration in here . I would definitely recommend this place .

Super Excellent Hotel.I had stayed from 27th May to 28th May 2019 in Room No. 211. I was highly impressed with the huge size of the room. Room was super clean. Bathroom & Toilet was super clean & clean fluffy towels were provided. This is one Hotel which does not cry for drinking mineral water bottle & I admire about it & is worth mentioning here. I have seen many hotels cribbing for water. Breakfast spread was super excellent & the staff were very cooperative. The Reception counter persons were handling the early morning pressure (on 28th May from 8.45 am to 9.15am) very well, with number of people having booked through different apps & waiting for their turn.Overall a wonderful experience. 98 out of 100.Two minor suggestions have been given in the suggestion envelope.

Hotel is situated in heart of Ameerpet. Very close to metro station and all necessities.I have checked in to this hotel to quarantine myself for 3 nights after my discharge from Hospital.I was put up on the 2nd floor and later moved to the 7th floor. Rooms on the 7th & 8th floor seem to be refurbished. They are smaller in size compared to their rooms in level 1 & 2.Rooms are a comfortable and decent size. The mattress is good to sleep on. A decent 32 inch TV is provided. I had my laptop and HDMI cable along with me so I put the TV to good use.I was charged for all-inclusive meals which consist of Breakfast, immune tea with nuts, lunch, high tea & Dinner. Im quietly satisfied with their food, serving size, taste and the service they provided. They never said NO to any of my requests when it comes to altering a bit in what to be served in meals.There is a fair bit of walking space near the parking area to take some fresh air and a walk. Its better to time when you want to walk because of surrounding commercial spaces.
