Iam very much disappointed with service. Even the office boy work you have to do. You have take documents to various counters to counter and ground floor to first floor.To close account it has wasted approx 3 hours.

Surprisingly the service is excellent. The staff members are very co-operative and.... they assisted me to complete my work within ten minutes. Besides huge crowd my they are capable to handle them. The thing I didnt like that after 4.15 we have to go upstairs and the exit is from there only, as the main entrance is closed.

Cheapest service I ever received they dont treat the costumers briefly they have there own attitude they look like they are loan providers

Worst bank in the world. Staff behave very rudely with the customers. No proper service to elder citizens. They shift people from one counter to another counter. Whole day you will move in the bank. In the bank your whole day get spoil.I have no words to describe this bank.

Good facilities given by sbi with ATM ,PASSBOOK Printing ,cheque drop and deposited machines

I interacted with NRE section, Investment adviser and the branch Manager Mr. Sidharth, I will be glad to visit again and fix my issues with the help of these people, they are really professional with humble attitude, no matter what designation they belongs, they was like one family which was creating positive or peaceful environment , its completely easy and Crystal clear for me or other customers to interact with them and solve our issues., Thank you guys for your support and coordinations. Branch is highly crowded and all ACs are switched off in this summer season. Place is insufficient for the customers even to wait. Because of this employee are not able to respond properly. For simple address change it took almost 40 minutes.

Very much disappointed due to their service,many months back I submit my details to correct, but still no improvement,my phone number also not registered,

Air conditioning only for the staff and not for the customers.
