Clove Dental is India’s largest dental chain, with more than 350 clinics all over India. The staff at the Shaikhpet Hyderabad branch is warm and welcoming. The dentists are professional and well experienced. They explain everything to you in detail, and are very patient to answer all your queries. The place is well kept, clean and hygienic. My kids are very comfortable at this clinic too. I would like to make a special mention of Dr. Sophia, who is very professional and friendly.

Do not visit this place. The staff is extremely unprofessional and downright horrible. The female dentist who was supposed to check my tooth was not just rude, she expressed extreme hatred for non- Telugu speaking people, when I told her that I am unable to communicate with your staff as I cant speak Telugu. She used some really nasty language, told me to shut up. Also declared for no reason that she is not my servant. When I told her this is not how a doctor should behave, she told me I am an impolite customer. I left without the check up, ofcourse.

All the staffs and doctors working are very polite , warm and welcoming towards everyone. All the dentists are very professional and well experienced. They explain every single procedure before what they are going to do in details and they are always ready to solve every single doubt related to the procedure, medication and administration as well. The place and its surrounding are well maintained starting from the opening till their closing time and they are maintaining proper hygiene after every patient. I had done RCT from this place I was too much nervous and scared as well but thanks to Dr. Sadaf who comforted me throughout the whole procedure I was almost about to cry out of fear but she just kept on distracted me the whole time, I am very much thankful to her and the surgeon as well. I will always prefer this place to get my dental problems get cured and I will always suggest this clinic to everyone.

Worst experience ever !They are unprofessional and dishonest and here is my experience . I was in pain and had root canal treatment as shown in XRay , and they removed the wrongroot(digged the wrong tooth) and unfortunately i noticed that later because of the anesthesia . during the time , they cover it with crown that fall off 3 WEEKS later , and when i went there again when i felt the pain i was really shocked!!! They told me that i have to pay for crown again, and regarding the pain u feeling , u have to pay for Xray and treatment (again) and as a result , they removed 2 teeth for a rootDespite all that, i swear i knew that they are unprofessional when the dentist himself after my first visit (when everyone seems to be right) asked me af for a good comment in google !! . And when i told him i dont know what to write , he took my phone and write the comment u see in photos below .

OH MY GOD!! Too much cost, too much commercial. A common man can definitely not afford Clove Dental. They are not ready to tell the prices when we call for an appointment and out of embarrassment we need to give money after the treatment. Same has happened to me when I visited this hospital. Also, they took tooth X-ray for which they costed me 500 also they did not provide the X-ray report for which they said their printer is not working and will be sending the report through email(although I haven’t received any email yet after waiting for long 6 hours). People who are very rich and who can afford 4K for just extraction, 7K(and above) for crowns etc; can visit Clove Dental. To be honest the same treatment is been provided by other dentists in the market with lower costs and are negotiable as well.

My honest review on clove dental (Shaikpet Branch):Appointment: I booked appoinment via customer care and they wrongly given appointment for Medhipatinam branch but when i reached there i found they were cleaning and preparing the clinc to resume post covid services. The people in medhipatinam branch asked me to go shaikpet branch and on arrival people in the shaikpet hospital asked “are you the one from medhipatinam branch” i said yes and then they recieved well and quickly attended me and did all formality , formfilling etc. the communication within the team is excellent.Covid safety:On filling the required form they given safety ppe like sanitizer, head cap, shoe cover and gloves and all these shows how they care their pateints.
