Good as per my experience Dr.Bathatri Choudhary was very generous to explain our problems and kind enough to listen to us ... Actually we wanted to meet her after my wifes delivery but sad to hear that she left the company.. after that I am not sure who is good enough to handle. But over all their reports are correct to our experience...

Place is good but hypocrisy is security doesnt wear a mask and stop others from entering without mask

They dont do testing in Banjara hills, the lab is at ECIL. The info on website is incorrect

These gentech people have no manners,no descipline. They dont no how to talk to the people.They think they are only lab india.Even 10times also they dont respond about the reports. I never seen like this lab till now. Especially receptionist is toooo worst.

This one of the most honest lab that I ever spoke to . I called them regarding a test that was recommended to me by a gynocologist for my wife . The heard my case patiently and said that in my cases its actually not required . In todays day and age where each hospital and labs are in the race to make money , these guys took a refreshing approach .I never got the name of the lady I spoke to . But if you read this mam . Thank you so much .I highly recommned this lab to everyone who is reading this .Kudos to the gene tech team . :)

Our Genetic counseling session at GeneTech was very helpful. Staff were very polite and helpful.

We went to this place to get CytoArray, Exome sequencing and an other DNA test for my husband. Costed us almost a lakh. Even after paying so much, all we got was a 1 page report which simply stated the facts and said my husband didn’t have what doctor suspected. That’s it. No detailed report at all. They didn’t even email us complete report even when we specifically asked.The lady who sits at the reception is so RUDE. She doesn’t even give you proper replies. Simply says message me. And if u text her, she says something else. My God, this place has so much attitude and rudeness. They barely acknowledge their customers. Now I need a test and when I contacted them, I didn’t even get a response. May be I should search for some other DNA lab in Hyderabad. I don’t think I can bear with these people anymore.
