Worst functioning of the store.Staff are not responding properly.Staff are not in the store. Going out And coming in.Eye sight checking is very slow.Wantedly they are prolonging the time.Worst behavior of the staff.

I have near seen this kind of stuff with bad behavior. Today in the morning I walk to A S Rao Nagar store, inquire about changing the lenses one guy said 1 men and another guy was busy talking on the phone. I waited for 20 mins and when my question is this store is operating the other guy slowly saying it will be operating after 11:30 AM. I kindly request the Lenskart operations manager to look into this kind customer relationship will help them.

Definitely recommended during this pandemic situation. The hygeine and sanitization is really commendable. They literally sanitize each n every frame everytime a customer touches it. I am totally pleased with their hygeine. Thumbs up for that.

This is my first time to the store, first observation they have nice space for a store. I would say they should have better options across all price range. Staff is courteous.

I had to ask for refund. Such Good is their service that they do not care what happens to the eyes of the customer. So much delay but want payment in advance. Simply only advertisement and not helpful at all. I could not get a specs in 15 days and further asking for more time. Does it take such time anywhere in the world

I dont know y but store prices are different from what the app shows since they r not considering the offers that we get on app like free frames/buy one get one and others.So had to buy through app costing me 2k+ instead of 5k that I was told in store. I think this is a serious issue cause not everyone likes to order online and the stores are not serving their purpose.( I do not know about other branches but in AS RAO NAGAR Its not the same as it used to be). When I asked the same to employee he was just silent with no response.

Contrary to the many Reviews which Ive read here, I found Lenskart store to be good..I ordered glasses on 20th , I was told that the glasses would be delivered tentatively on 27th, but to my surprise glasses were delivered on 24th itself, and the Blue cut lenses look fine atleast till now..

Their half-assed service is a nothing but a joke! NO ONE ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONES in there. No wait, correction, they answer the phones and put the receiver aside! They dont know the first thing about what they are selling and the outlet is so badly maintained, the place is full of dust. Next time, rub your fingers over the shelves and see for yourself! Worst service(staff) I had ever seen,no prefessionals to check eye sight,they ordered & fixed wrong lens that makes me unhealth,its been 2 weeks that I have returned to reorder the lens but I did not get any.........but I am sure that quality of lens is good
