Most disgusting attitude of the two lab technicians in the centre. Visited them on 22nd July at 11:30am and they acted like they were doing me a huge favour by collecting the sample. I even doubt if they did it right. It is in such an appalling condition and surprisingly associated with Apollo hospitals!!

They dont have plan and they close at 3pm and wi not open ti 730am. But they will ask us to come at 7am sharp.. they dont have proper planning for anything...

WRONG/ NO ANALYSIS. These people are just minting money. They are publishing same report for everyone without analysis only. My blood work values were so perfect that it was definitely not of a person who was having 101 fever for 5 days. Every dr I consulted said that the report is wrong. Guess what.. I was being charged 1100 for the same tests through other lab, but these ppl charged me 1700 and yet the report was useless and didnt indicate my health condition. These ppl should go to hell, who are taking advantage of others bad health. Never go to this centre

First pls train your staff how to maintain covid guidelines.The staff who is collecting sample have no mask and the staff who is writing the applications have no mask.No social distancing maintained.Dont get tested positive by visiting this center.Apollo is disgusting 👎

It is worst diagnostics centre plz dont go. I have given test for RT-PCR its been more than 48 hours till now i get my report so irresponsible people.

Employee are too much rude and behaving like if we are not doing no one else. They just surviving with the name of appollo If would have other name no one looked at these diagnosis

Worst staff and worst service. No care for customers and very rude behaviour from the staff.

I would have given 0 if I had a chance of giving so..such a worst response...you will have to wait your life time to get your blood results..dont waste ur time and money here...

Staff is very unprofessional. Facility was very dirty with papers and other waste spread on the floor at the main reception area.No covid related precautions or measures being done. Like sanitizing hands on incoming customers. Staff on front desk not wearing a mask.Does not seem like an Apollo facility. Seems to be a poorly managed franchise of Apollo Diagnostics.Will never visit this facility again.

Waste one. Staff will shout at patients using bad words as of they are owners of whole Apollo. Most worst place.

Stupid service, report not delivered on time as promised, customer support have very limited information and had to be on call for 30 min before they answered.

Worst center.. if you want to contact them only option is visiting the branch. Travelled around 130km to reach there. And they closed @ 12 pm. HQ customer care number too not functional.

Bad response from Apollo pathology.My husbands blood sample was submitted on Monday morning, we were informed that the reports will be mailed to us by the same evening. After n number of follow ups, calls and explanations, we havent still got the reports for dengue.My husband is suffering from high fever n bodyaches but no doctor can prescribed any medication or do any treatment cause nothing is confirm.Receptionist blames the lab assistant, he then blames the delivery boy, nobody knows what is exactly is happening.I have myself gone through an operation which further is restricting me to drive till the lab and look into the matter.No response, no value for patients, zero ethics of how to talk. Would recommend this lab to nobody at all.Its a matter of life, when said the patient is having difficult time to deal with the fever they reply sorry maam we cant help itForced to give this one star, they dont even deserve this i feel.

The worst. Even after appointment there was no provision for OGTT. At 6.40am was asked to buy glucose from pharmacy, and none was open nearby. The lab technician had left for home collection after taking my blood sample. He was supposed to take blood 2 more times within next 2 hours, when contacted, said I should complain to customer care. The lady at the counter was useless too. No bill was given. I took a money refund and left the place. Have to do the procedure again. It is a mockery in name of healthcare service.

THIS IS NOT NORMAL LAB. MEANT FOR HOME COLLECTIONS ONLY. SO donot waste time. Please donot visit this centre. It is just waste of time. We reached at 8.30AM for some fasting blood tests. But there was no body in the centre but everything was open. When we called him on mobile. he said he went for sample collection and would come back in 5 mins. he kept on saying same 5 mins for more than half and hour. and once he even said 2 mins. But he was back only after 9.30AM. we waited for more than one hour. (we would not wait if he clearly said he would take so long). But he lied to us saying 5 mins simply not to loose his customer. He did not even bother of wasting our time when he came back. when we asked he did not answer to any of our questions. THIS IS NOT normal one.. ONLY HOME COLLECTIONS ARE DONE HERE. SO DONOT DIRECTLY GO THERE EVEN IN EMERGENCY.

Very bad. They take money and never give bill. Either we have received any bill copy either report online. Goggle dnt hAve zero rating I would have given that.
