I never expected this kind of worst services from ICICI Khairtabad branch. Its better we prefer any local bank. false commitments, miscommunication, delay in every service, no alternate staff, wrong information. Dont get fooled yourself better prefer any other branch.

The staff is kind enough and good service out there.

Shame that icici bank saying that they are top most services bank, but this bank wont keep their desk number to reach by customers to the particular branch. Shame that I couldnt able to see customer care number of Hyderabad as I can able to rest of states/cities. I could not able to see khairtabad branch desk number.

All fake comments give for car loan before process after everything thre will be no response ....if we ask about it . Dont belve blindly they will speke all what ever they want to fulfill the sale ..

Place around it is not goodalso there is no parking available ,so only visit it via a two wheeler or a taxi

RM number not reachable,email not replied,such a shameless bank with beggar customer care who are busy begging people for loans,schemes but to help them.

The worst experience dealing with this branch. Very poor customer service and no support from the staff. They just keep blaming someone else and they dont even care anything about customer queries/problems.

One of the best and big ICICI branch in Hyderabad. When I lost my wallet they are so helpful for blocking the debit card and trying to give InstaCard. The team is so helpful really great 👍🏻 to be part of ICICI bank.

Extraordinary service. The banking is digitalised, in the true sense. The best part is, the branch is open till 8pm. I dont know of any other bank that operates till 8pm. The staff (security guard, helper, supervisor, clerk, officer, everyone) is so courteous, they treat every visitor like a VIP. I am awestruck by their service and seriously wondering, how the treatment will be to a privilege banker. Genuinely recommend it to everyone.And I swear, I didnt get any loyalty for writing this.Wishing the bank its best, in all the endeavours.

Greedy staff looking to sell their products. No detailed information provided when asked either. Relationship managers is a useless badge given. All they care is to make you open an account. No responsibility taken even to check if the debit cards are activated. Customer care numbers for NRI services dont work. Nobody knows anything here. Wonder how it became the main branch.

I have given the application for closer of Demat Account i just call ICICI customer care no and they said this branch (Khaitabad ICICI) has not send my application to ICICI Demat Branch, even i have the acknowledgement for the application submitted. even i will now close my savings accounts with them.

Promote whoever works the Aadhar enrollment here. Fantastic service, proper documentation, and competent. Dont bother going anywhere for Aadhar related works. This is probably the best center in the city

Very big branch of ICICI. Offers all services related to Banking, Stocks, Senior citizens etc. Service is quick. Separate section for cash despots with automatic vending machines as well. This is located on main road near Khairtabad junction.

Spacious, you dont feel crammed inside bank.Staff is ready to help and offer assistance.Have not used, but saw locker facilities also.

I never see this type of bank employees. I visited multiple times to this branch but still (since last 7 months) they didnt solve my problem.

Gets the work done. There are new rules every few days. Sometimes you need a token to see the banker and sometimes you dont. There is free parking available outside the bank earlier it used to be paid. Could be a good experience if they reduced the wait in the bank.

Excellent service they gave during demonetization of 500 & 1000 Rs note. When the whole country was suffering for new currency. I got it in just twenty minutes. The date was 12th & 19th of Nov 2016. They gave the service to the customer with more then hundreds of employs working on weekends also for twelve hours.

Most pathetic service levels. I have been following up for the last 2+ weeks re my KYC update and their service is as bureaucratic and slow as in the old India. For this I could have banked with one of the staid state run PSU banks. Have to rethink my relationship.
