Pathetic service I have ever experienced. Home loan officials are extremely bad in responses, they just dont care about customer and their need. Highly dissatisfied with this branch officials.
Frod bank I only request not to take any loans from this bank at all. And mostly they do not respond properly to the customers.

The main reason is that I didnt came to know is why my ECS IS not activated. I usually maintain the sufficient balance for the payment of loan in my bank account. But its not debiting from the account. I already said to many of the loan department staff abt that but no one is taking responsibility and treating the customer as rude and crossing the ethics ... Please take an action on this 🙏.. its not the behaviour for treating the customers like this ...

I usually visit this place for auto deposit and withdrawal. They have multiple machines for withdrawal but they(bank) dont have control on them. They mostly show no cash. If it is second Saturday and Sunday . We are done! nobody will care customers issue.They knew this problem but they are not taking steps to resolve this issue. Bank operations are fine.

The credit card department runs a scam here when customers come for loan. They ask you to open savings Bank account with credit card as mandatory. Its not required for you to take a credit card but a cheap trick of icici credit card sales department. This review is in the interest of general public. IT IS NOT MANDATORY FOR YOU TO TAKE DMAT OR CREDIT CARD IN ANY BANK TO OPEN SAVINGS ACCOUNT. FEEL FREE TO SLAP THE BLOODY AGENT WHO COMES AND TELLS YOU ITS MANDATORY.
Visited 3 tmes this begumpet branch for my account issue no one solved my issue.
Run by a bunch of over entitled buffoons. To get any questions related to your loans addressed, you first have to wait for a full hour to speak to a guy who cant answer any questions beyond just telling you what the disbursement dates where. Then, they ask you to meet a Credit Manager who is in some holed up place at the back of the building. Just going into that part of the office makes you realize that they dont care two hoots about you until you ask them something. No place to sit or stand. Employees just walk right through you as though you werent around. You literally have to run from one room to another, unless of course you are their to take a new loans - then they are all over you like a pack of vultures.Beyond the 6 ATMs in this premises, I cant believe what else this branch offers.
Worst experience yesterday(13/02/2020) I visited for NPS account opening . Irresponsible answer I got that printer is not working come tomorrow or afterwards.

Initial dealings were good and welcoming but later they have become Unresponsive, laid back, ill organised, not user friendly, tedious transactions are my experiences. I would not recommend any of my friends and family.
