The good thing about this place its completely open so customers enjoy they food with air and a good music, I recommend you guys to go and have food at evening time, so you guys enjoy your food with a beautiful sunset. I personally enjoyed my food with sunset and hospitality was great specially by Dileep and -1 for the coffee they dont serve coffee that saddest point for me.

Id give full points for the ambience but the service is pretty messed up. For a Hyatt restaurant its very decently priced. Their burger pattice is too thick so only if youre too hungry then order a full one for yourself else one for 2 is sufficient. Quality of food is really good. Has to be right! Afterall name toh suna hi hoga. Alcohol is too expensive so better stick to food and mocktails..

The food was great, if you are a fan of thin crust pizzas which are make in wood fired ovens, this place is going to serve you the most delicious pizzas. The difference between your average pizza hut/dominos pizza and Zings wood fired pizza is night and day. Apart from food, the rooftop ambience is nice, although they must do something about the mosquitoes at night. Thats the only negative part of the experience which is why Im deducting a point.

Visited the place for a family get together. Very nice ambience. Nice food and the live music was really great. In starters we ordered pepper chicken which was outstanding. Fried idly was good. Grilled mushroom was super. Other Veg items were ok. Staff was really Good.

Sky views in the city. I always find the poolside occupied and never get to sit there( in all the times I have been there). The staff is pretty good and the service is good too. Ambience is nice. I do miss pre covid live music sessions

It has been a year and a half for Hyatt place started their operation in Hyderabad from Banjara Hills location before, that they were already had two hotels Park Hyatt and Hyatt Gachibowli.Hyatt Place has got two restaurants Gallery Cafe and Zing sky bar lounge. The Gallery Cafe is in lobby level and the Zing sky bar is an open rooftop.About Zing Sky Bar:It’s one of the beautiful rooftops of Hyderabad and the best one in the heart of the city with a 360-degree view of the city. As the place is completely open and it has been divided into two sections. As you enter the place on the right side you have a seating area which can accommodate around 120 approx. with the stage for the live music performance and there is a bar counter just opposite to the stage. They also have a live counter for the meat lovers to select their favourite meat and ask the chef to cook as per their requirement. On the left side of the entrance has got cute cabanas with the small beads chain curtains along with the swimming pool and DJ console. This place is really beautiful during the night-time and a perfect place to chill, enjoy with friends and family.Food – Let’s talk about it:Starting with the starters it was a flavourful journey of food Loose Prawns the taste was fantastic as the prawn’s batter was lite and crispy well tossed in the sauce with a nice presentation. Then Tawa fish was served with was star dish for the night. Well marinated and perfectly cooked fish meat has absorbed the complete flavour from the marination and crust formed outside due to marination was delicious. Chef recommendation and the most popular dish from the menu was Gongura Chicken in Tender Coconut. Gongura (Ambada, Red Sorrel leaves. Kenaf or Roselle) has got tamarind kind of flavour which easily goes well with any combination but here the chef has used its paste to marinate the tendered chicken cubes and slow-cooked in clay oven (Tandoor) served in tendered coconut shell along with some salad and spice-infused coconut water shot. The first bite of the dish has blown my mind as this was the first time for me to try gongura chutney as marination for a kebab which turns out to be a delicious dish and the spicy infused coconut water shot gives an after kick to the taste. As, it was served inside the coconut shell the chicken has somewhat absorbed the aroma of the coconut. Mini Vada Pav who doesn’t love vada pav maybe some of them or all but I like it to the core and when these cuties were served I was overwhelmed and jumped on it to try it. The taste and texture was the similar way you get it Maharashtra just the size was small rest was perfect.Main Course:After having so much of food in starters we decided to limit our exploration with just two items for so that we can re-explore the food menu in our next visit. So, we ordered Jerk chicken and normal chicken fried rice. The Jerk Chicken was excellent the aroma has got the hint of cinnamon and even the after-taste was also the same. The chicken was completely covered in jerk spices which help it to retain its texture and moisture inside the meat that made it juicier. Then the Chicken Fried Rice got the tangra Chinese flavour like we get in Kolkata china town area. The best part was as i have eaten fried at many places but none of them has served us three sauce to be eaten with the rice as per our taste buds or requirement.Dessert:The delicious food journey came to an end on a sweet and refreshing note as the dessert was Paan Gulkand Gelato which was wonderful as you can say instead of eating gelato we were eating normal sweet paan. Hyatt Place Hyderabad/Banjara Hills a star property that I have been seeing since its colourful makeover and had it bookmarked for visit. Later on, seeing the Rooftop lounge ad boards I was even more excited.The infinity pool, Cabanas with rose gold chain hangings, side by presented a pleasurable ambience and satisfying panoramic view. A perfect evening place with food, friends, fun .! & of course divine fluids.Food, liquids, service was pretty decent. Mirchi bajji served in starters was really spice and actually the way I always wanted. it to be. Besides, chicken starter and kheema dosa were good too. The Mexican Bean pepper burger was big and juicy but little high on salt. Otherwise, it was a wise choice for me. Amzng place food is so yummmyy

Good ambience, staff are courteous, service on the slower side, limited menu. Food was oily and not properly seasoned. Ordered minced lamb in pot (dimsums), tawa fish both of the dishes were oily. Also ordered dum biryani which wasnt authentic dum biryani, hinted wee bit of vinegar, little disappointed with the taste.

Sumit was a very attentive and caring person. We had amazing Daab Chhingri (Prawns) cooked by chef Tapas. We loved our cocktails Gimlet. Highly recommended.

This place is lit 🔥,Only disappointment was didnt get our desired table. We called 2-3 days back the girl at reception said you can just walk in. We went and disappointed rest everything was excellent. Drinks was lovely food was also amazing.

Its a good roof top lounge of Hyatt Hotel Banjara hills. But Google maps shows a wrong location of it, dont know why? May be its not updated correctly.Ambience is all cool, you sir to relax in an open area and can enjoy drinks with the live band. Drinks are not on the expensive side, but you can expect this from a hotel rooftop bar.Food taste was good but we felt the quantity of the food was a bit less compared to the prices.Service was a bit slow as we waited for long hours for our order as it was full with people.We had batter fish with chicken malai tikka and nachos.All n all its a good place to relax with your family or friends.

Ambience is definitely beautiful and place is suitable for hangout anyday. However, the service is not up to the mark as to what we expected from Hyatt..we had to ask to clean the table and for tissues we had to request so many times. Food is average and expensive (which is expected). On a Saturday evening, crowd was less and it was peaceful, still the waiters were too slow to respond. Its not worth going to this place just for the ambience. Music was good though.

Its a beautiful place with a lovely set up, great views. Food is good service is also nice. Really liked the food and the general atmosphere, couldnt check the poolside part as there a party on. Worth a visit if you are around and looking for a nice place to chill. They had a live band, but they played telugu music for most part.

The only thing good about the place was the ambience. To think its in Hyatt Palace, one would assume the quality of food be great, which it wasnt. The food was not good, service was too slow, that too it wasnt the peak hour. There arent much options to choose from to eat. Definitely not going there again.

Pathetic Service. We went there to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We reached around 9.15. After an hour they served us drinks and starter. We were done with our drink and starter in half hour or so. We were waiting for the next round of drink and main course. Nobody came to us again for the orders. We called three people and asked for main course and drinks. We were served only drinks and It was already 11.30 pm. We waited until 12.15 for the main course but it was not served. We went to the manager to ask what was the issue and found out there was no food left and we were asked to leave. By the way we had already booked for this event in 1 week advance.This the service Hyatt is providing. They ruined our evening. I strongly recommend not to visit this place.
