Frequently disconnects and when called the customer service they say even during COVID time we are working on it as if they are doing a favour. Very irresponsible and unprofessional.You guys need to understand how important it is be connected especially in the pandemic when most of the people are working from home

Less than a star....speed is not as what we take...i paid bill for 10 Mbps and m not even getting 1 Mbps....I called for 50 times but there is no proper response from their side....WORTHLESS
