Isnt there a negative rating? I am terribly disappointed by their professionalism. I got duped with these positive ratings!We hired a nanny for my brothers twins. The one the company sent was old and ill. She left in a weeks time citing reasons like she has been forced to come from Hyderabad to Vizag in a crowded train. She was not able to cope with work and always cribbed about her age, her inability to work and the insensitiveness of SRIDIXITHA manager Mr. Nagendra. She even told us they didnt pay her for the travel.We were promised another replacement in two days time, none came. All this time, when we desperately needed help, the manager Mr Nagendra even stopped taking calls altogether. HE ALWAYS DOES THIS. WHEN WE NEED HIM, HE ALWAYS HAS VERY IMPORTANT WORK AND WE ARE EXPECTED TO UNDERSTAND HIM.He responded after two weeks , after my persistent calls saying hell look for replacement. I told him we have engaged somebody else and requested him to kindly refund our money. But he was totally unprofessional speaking illly about my mother and her treatment to the maid. Please understand that with twins in the house with only an elderly lady(mom) managing is close to impossible. And knowing all of this, he sent another much older lady, just because he didnt want to loose out on business. When on the job, is tidying up the house NOT in the scope of work. He is unnecessarily ranting about it.TRUST ME, WHEN I HAD TO PAY, HE PESTERED ME SOO MUCH MAKING CALLS EVERY OTHER HOUR, BUT WHEN PAYING BACK, ITS TOTALLY DIFFERENT.Though I reminded him almost every day that it was my mom who paid him and she is a retiree, he has been very insensitive. When asked about the refund, after postponing for nearly 45 days, he now tells me to pull down the bad rating and only then will he THINK of paying me. I dont trust him. He has always been telling me that it is a matter of only 2000 rupees and he is depositing on the next day. THIS COMPANY IS VERY BAD WITH REFUNDS. The proprietor is avoiding us and Im considering the consumer forum . My suggestion - DONT GET INTO THIS.I honestly dont want to ruin his business. He has been a well intending professional in the beginning, but somehow, he seems lost. Maybe doesnt know where to put his energies.As far as I am concerned, It is my moms hard earned money! and she wouldnt leave it with SRIDIXITHA.

Fraud company, took money as token advance amount. They didnt pick the calls from then and tell multiple reasons via only Chat. Its been a month our money is not given back nor maid. Very Rash speaking , no respect to women also nor our money, they are behaving very bad and no fear of doing this fraud. I have been very polite to them , daily asking about money return status. Giving various answers which wont match , daily some new manipulation. we will surely go to consumer forum if they continue this. They should know the pain of people who trusted them.Such a ridiculous company, how would you behave one sided, first dig through before over ride the customer reviews .
