Worst insurance provider. Always try to reject the claim . They wont answer the calls/emails and always gives generalized way of answers to reject the claim in last momentLot of restricts and caps on each service...Better not to choose.

Not good service and staff not supportive and I claimed for Rs50000 but they passed only 18000 and when I ask they say in this is mistake, what is mistake they dont say the reason actually they dont want to give money one madam United India INSURANCE DEEPTHIs given phone number but we phone she connect customer care number this type of politics for not giving money, claim receiver also dont take all papers previously I was in Good health TPA in that I did not get any problem and also since 3 years I have not claimed any amount, this time I get surgery, I have fed up with this TPA.

Pathetic is the word I choose to define their service. Claims TAT are just to sham people. Takes ages to open claim and eternity to process and settle claim. Give ridiculous reason for delay in refunding claims (e.g server down, cannot refund more then x claim..). Feedback would be incomplete without mention of the grievance cell. Grievance raised a week back waiting for them to to reach out though their SLA is two days. Raised the issue with my organisation top management. Strongly recommended not to pursue this TPA next year. Believe the feedback would be same by most employees who had to deal with this TPA in the pandemic.

Dont fall for fake reviews here. This is one of the worst company I came across. The employees will have targets of saving insurance companies money so they will try all ways to deduct money in spite of having 100% insurance for yourself. These FHPL are literally cheaters. Never ever trust their employees. I still wonder how other insurance companies trusting this worst TPA. If I get an opportunity, I would literally shoot these people for dumping me by deducting so much money when submitted a claim. I hate you guys. I have so much hatred towards your company that I couldnt express it and have no words left either. Just FO

Very Pathetic Service of FHPL Please do not go with them Services after so many calls and Emails even they are not replying. I m going to do complaint in customer service court against this FHPL .My Father was Hospitalized dated 16/07/2020 and he died on 22/07/2020, on behalf of them I submitted all Documents for reimbursement for Medical claims.For the last 6 months, we are doing continuous follow up with the local Insurance Company and even with the agents also, as well as we tried to call in toll-free no and also send 5 to 6 Mails also but we are unable to get a reply from everywhere. we are now fad up with this kind of service. I will never suggest going with this company.

Every time simply rejecting request with out contact to patient and not taking care about patient and there bothering, fhpl team searching on rules and condition of insurance when they applied for treatment not act on patient pain, so please help to patients due to they are beliving you.

Worst TPA. There is no option to give 0 stars else I would award FHPI that rating. Absolutely lazy and delayed claim processing. Claim ID was created on 23rd Sept and yet no update on reimbursement. They dont respond to your emails nor they lift phone calls. You have to visit office for small queries also and the security guard at reception will be the person responding instead of concerned officer. Hopeless to expect a better service from them.

* Each time you call they will not respond, and if in case responded theyll put your call on hold.Also very pathetic process of claim registration and you will have to do followups like anything,* Two months been passed and I dont know the status of my claim. I came across FHPL when I wanted to reimburse my medical bills. I had a very good experience with FHPL and my claim was settled in a weeks time after submission of all documents.The receipt and processing of the claim was very smooth and I did not face any difficulty at any point of time.I appreciate the FHPL team for their prompt response and very quick processing of the claim.The receipt of the claim papers at their office was quick as i had to wait for not more than 5 min. The time to time communication about the status of claim was indeed very helpful and prompt and within the promised time lines the claim was processed.I would highly recommend FHPL.

This is number one worst insurance company in India. They always look for reason to reject claim.With out analyzing the root cause, simply they rejected cashless facility and said come for reimbursement.If you claim for big amount then be ready to face torturer. They directly come to your home and torture patient as well. They did same to me i am really telling at some level you will feel that let it go.My suggestion is never go with this FHPL. Better to call it as Fraud Health Plan Insurance TPD Limited instead of Family Health Plan Insurance TPD Limited

Claim process is easy but need to have all documents on hand. If you contact direct FHPL office very easy to apply and you will get clarity on how to apply. I used FHPL last 3 years I am happy with this because cashless treatment also available in most of the hospitals. I recommend to go with FHPL.

I am Sreeram that I have claimed for my health issue, and I got very good help from Anantha Lakshmi who is a working in FHPL office Banjarahills. her help and service is really commendable and would like to appreciate her patience in checking the details and explaining the issues which i was stacked with couple of missing documents. once I got all the documents the claim is completed within the mentioned time.I am really satisfied with the service and recommend FHPL.

Worst experience with FHPL. Unnecessary they will bill to Patient which has to be paid by insured though insurance covers 100% to fill the fhpl staff pocket money expenses. Complete insurance process will be done based on commission at the end how much they save and collect from patients will be shared between doctors and staff.I AM GIVING ZERO RATING FOR YOUR BROKING AND BROKERAGE FAMILY HEALTH PLAN.😤😠🤕
