Worst Service by both this TPA and main company SBI Life Insurance in settling claims. Keep on asking same information without giving details of requirements. main purpose is to harass the policy holders and not to settle the claims. Request people to be cautious with E meditek and also SBI Life insurance Hospital Cash policy. Very Very VERY poor SERVICE.
