Been to this place for a HRCT scan as doctor recommended to take the test over here.I dont see any temperature check taken for patience and there was a sanitizer available at the entrance.I was given a PPE kit for the test and i have wore it at the room available at ground floor and went to second floor for the test.The sanitization was going absolutely great and I really liked about them as them were doing it continously for the whole place and the whole surroundings were also kept very neat and tidy.Coming to the price, I was charged 6300 for the HRCT test and i usually do any kind of tests at vijaya as i feel it is a trusted one and the same test was chargeable around 5500 at vijaya.I was disappointed for the price they are charging as it was 800rs extra than vijaya and I feel vijaya is far better experienced than Aruna in terms of years also, but I dont know why the charges were high from them. I only visited this place as referred by the doctor.

This diagonistic center is very poor in providing quality service. I have done blood test and CT scan here they have given totally wrong numbers and after doctor suggestion repeated same test in other lab and got totally different result. This is not the first time I have got the wrong result. Very poor technicians

Very bad experience. Mantoux test reported incorrectly. Only the indurated area should be measured and not the area of erythema. Instead the technician pressed and palpated the area before measurement, which became more reddish and measured the area of erythema which resulted in doctor diagnosing as TB.I did a blood culture and sample was contaminated with Microccus Lateus pathogen.Stay away from Aruna diagnostics

Absolutely patheticWaited for 2 hours for 2d echoThe customer care called to be here at 9:15 and we waited for almost one and half hour.

The good thing is the place is neat and clean. The bad thing is you have to wait for really long length of time for any test. And also they dont give you a real estimate of how long its really gonna take. They call at 9 but the test takes place at 10:30 cause the technicians come in at that time. Then why call at 9? All they say is kuchandi, pilustha.. and you have to wait. Anyway, cant blame the staff. Also they should know at least little English for such a place like this. Some of the staff cant string a single English sentence together. Prices are slightly on the higher side. Considering all of this, Id give a 3 star rating. I wanted to give two.

Worst experience ever - these guys doesn’t know the meaning of privacy, in-spite of confirming female physician for abdominal scan for a female at billing, attender, even at the scan entrance etc., all of a sudden male physician shows up during the scan, which is pretty embarrassing. It’s request to management to address this kind of nasty things and respect ppl privacy.

Visited the diagnostic centre today for a CT Scan, observed the following:1. The entire premise from parking upwards, all the floors are clean and well maintained.2. The blood test was done & the report was given within an hour as it was done on priority for CT scan.3. Not much of waiting time for me since I visited during non-peak hours.4 The entire process was done in 1 hour 30 mins.5. Courteous staff.Price:Creatinine Blood report: Rs. 180/-CT Abdomen: Rs. 7000/-Printed bills with stamp were issued.Clean WashroomsReports will be available by evening I was told.

This is the worst diagnostic center. Highly wont recommend. Staff lacks professional ethics. They dont know how to treat patients. Worst ever experience. Please dont go here. It it worst. Had a very bad experience.

Aruna diagnostics is the very worst scanning center , there no punctual for doctors. They said initially 10 min and doctor didnt come after 1 hour . Generally 2d echo is very emergency test, they were delaying like more than 1 hour .

As of my experiance, i didnt face any issue with them. The problem is we need to wait a long time. And if you ask them timings before going to take test, they cant tell you estimating time. When i called them, they told me to come at 2pm so i went at same time but i stayed at untill 5.30pm.

I was tested Covid postive...I took Covid blood test done from other diganostic center and crp 14.5 after 7 day as per doctor advice went to take ct scan and CRP, D dimer test in Aruna Scan & Diagnostics...CRP test was completely changed it showed 28.5..were I didnt have any fever for last 4 days to show CRP so high...so again doctor advice me to take CRP test, on 17 May 2021 i got it done from different diganostic center the report shows 9.4..if i have not compared my reports I would have been taking high dose medicine which is not good for health..I dont recommend for blood test Aruna scan & Diagnostics AS Rao Nagar opp to max Hyderabad .

Worst behaviour and attitude from staff. Definitely this will impact them in coming days. Suggestion to management please give basic etiquette training to your staff.

Aruna diagnostics centre,This is regarding the feedback i want to share with you the issue happened in aruna diagnostics as rao nagar branch for my mother the blood sample collection is done in very rude and arrogant way they inserted the needle in without proper note of the vein in my mother right and left hand thrice in both hands it caused lot of pain to my mother please look into this issue.

No instructions given before scanning. Need to improve staff behavior.

Had blood glucose test recently, they gave the report wrongly, before fasting result was updated in after fasting and viceversa. When I asked them to correct it they told that the report is correct. Next day I got retested in another clinic and got the correct result....

Costly, no concern for patients, the reception is enough to judge the way they treat people...Money minded and never care about the pain of the individual.You cannot survive long with your current set of half knowledge, lathargic and judging receptionists... They literally dont care about you or customers... Their 2 mins or 5 mins never get over and when questioned.. they argue or say the said facility will take time... Visit later..

Lazy staff with no respect for time. They call you at one time and then make you wait for endless hours without explanation. Dont even know the schedule of their own staff. Just pathetic.

Best place to go for Diagnostics. Very tidy. Staff are very professional. Prices are competitive. Testing is done in the late evening as well. Incase patient is unable to collect the reports they will email or WhatsApp as well. Would recommend it to anyone of you.

One of the useless diagnostic centres I have ever seen. To scan they take 2hrs and to share the report another 2hrs. Someone in need should never visit this place.Staff is very very slow.. Malpractice by Aruna Diagnostic at AS Rao nagar branch. Went for CECT. Couldnt complete the test as the technician could not inject dye. The lab refused to refund money claiming that partial test is done. Surprising!! Now if I go to any other lab, will he do the balance part of the test only.Very disappointed.

Very bad experience and Rediculous behavior towards patients. If the Radiologist was not available they have to inform the patient but some other doctor examined and said stones in kidneys which he could not confirm and told to full the bladder again and he went for meeting. From morning 10.00 we have being waiting till 12.00 without having breakfast. And next till 12.30 he came and then started examining and said it may not be the problem of stones...... which is not a Doctor has to handle a patient........ Very Bad experience......giving one star is also waste.... they only drink tea in time and take very expensive charges for the test... it may be small blood test also..... staff is very horrible

Staff is good and services are nice but expensive. Simple tag is Corporate hospital. Went for X-Ray, it was costing like hell. You can imagine the rest of the costs.
