Its not a hospital it is business first everything will be okay then the complications created by them and send patients for emergency to there one more big hospital at Madhinaguda, after going your billing countdown starts first doctors counsel you and make you afraid and observe that how emotional I am then he starts his 2nd innings keeps us counseling and making a fool.And one more doctor is there he poses very professional and attitude way but he doesnt attended the classes while his doctor studies are going on it looks like, when I paid bill and took checkout for my baby he not allowing me to take my baby out another doctor already told the staff to give discharge.But here Arvind wants to another inning of billing first time in my life I heard from him that mother milk is not good for 2 to 3 days baby,he should learn more his body language doesnt match to a professional and responsible doctors.Worst experience waste of time and money.

Archana hospital also known as Chenna Reddy Hospital is one of the oldest haspital in chandanagar. This hospital has always been a place for poor and middle class people for treatments for viral fevers, malaria, flus etc. This place has 10 to 12 beds with overnight facilities and open for 24 hours. It has a small lab for normal blood testing but there is no ultrasound imaging service.The doctor P. Chenna Reddy is elderly man with great experience is available in morning and evenings and for rest of the time there is a duty doctor 24 hours available. The most serious and highly risky cases are not handled here. The beds here justify the price point but it will be difficult for the attender as each room has 2 beds with one khat for the attendees. There are 1 or 2 nurses for all the patients. Overall a good and cheap place for cold flu, viral infections comparing to the other hospitals.

Pathetic service. Lot of mosquitoes in the hospital.wed rather get diseases than getting cured.

Worest hospital waste of time 3 days kept leave no doct and doct comes at 12:30 pm is that is the time to come hospital patients all will wait and they will test up to 2 and they will say simply come tomorrow . Mainly out side people like sisters attenders are worest . Please I suggest dont go to this dirty hospital.

Worst hospital in chandanagar. Unncessary investigations & Pathetic service by staff. Have gone for dengue checkup and saline infusion at 7:30 AM where whole staff was sleeping. We had to wake them up. Doctor have advised for some saline infusion which we started and in few minutes later we realised there were many mosquitoes in the room. When informed to the receptionist ( who was pathetic) told - in hospitals where ever you go you will find mosquitoes all over and even when we asked him to discharge the patient and give the remaining saline bottles he denied saying that doctor have to come and advise for that which would have taken another 1 hour. Meanwhile we have asked him to give us a room, instead of checking and informing us he have asked us to find a room which is free. Pathetic hosputal. For the name it is only super speciality but it is worst than a government hospital

Hospital is old but clean.Main Doctor Mr.Chennareddy garu also a old man.Old is Gold.This place provides good treatment without thinking of draining money out of patients.Loved it.

Very poor staff..They make patients wait for long time and doesnt give proper time to talk with doctor.In my last visit, I waited for 3 hrs to meet the doctor and get myself scanned.but when my turn came, the nurse took my reports and askd what my problem is? I told that I am getting abdomen pain. The Nurse went inside and said the same to doctor and recommended me to get TIFFA scan which I have already done it last week.when I said that I want to talk with doctor regarding this first but nobody listened to me.Bad experience.

Worst hospital on land dot wast ur Money and time

Very very unsupporting staff are kept at reception.Called them for three times, they said that ENT specialist is available today.After coming to hospital it is said that ENT specialist is on leave.If there is any management looking out comments for their hospital, please come up with a solution so that this doesnt repeat.This is very very irritating and ignorable behaviour of the staff towards patients.
