Good Temple containsAyyapa, Lord Shiva, Subba Rayudu, goddess Parvathi, Ayyappa.I felt that temple have no permanent Priest, i can see different priests every time.Performs Abhishekam to and Poojas to Lord Shiva in Kartheekam Season.Darshan ticket is 20 rupees and no receipt will be provided ticket like that.I felt that no proper management inside the temple

This is Anjaneya temple not Durga Shiva temple. I stays from 1997 just 100 yards from this place. This starts from 1998. Durga Shiva temple is behind this.
