This time the experience of mine visiting to Metro was not so nice. We didnt find most of the items there . Most of the items were not available. Refined oil not in stock, LOreal conditioner was not in stock Bournvita was not on stock.

First time visited METRO. Billed amount Rs 20,250. Not suitable for elderly people like us. Nobody helped in packing. With great difficulty (which earned backpain)We transferred the items into our car. No big bags ( like in IKEA) are available. They are giving card boxes free, but packing and shifting them is very difficult.

I trust Metro from years but recently in April 2021,I started monitoring the invoices, where the Quantities gets surge without our knowledge and once we cross their exit gate, they dont entertain your grievances.When i question them they say sorry.Hence please ensure you double check your invoice with selling price & Actual Quantity taken vs Quantity in bill , if it matches then pay the money

If you really want to buy lots and lots of stuff then you can surely visit this place. Very few items are with great offers but very limited models. For ex. Sketchers shoes are at 50% off where we can get it for around 3k from 6k but only 3 models available. Still I felt Dmart prices are very competitive with the prices here. For ex. - Unbranded t-shirt is costing Rs.895 and after offer you can get it for 700. A check-in size skybag of 10k is coming for 7k when I get it for 5k in Dmart. A pantene shampoo with MRP Rs.395 is coming for Rs. 274 where as I bought it for Rs. 198 in Dmart. I would suggest to get time to visit both and grab the best deals here and there. After all both are walkable distance from each other. Apart from that, this place is very well organised with dedicated rows of shelves for each and every type of item, fresh chicken, fish and other sea foods, fresh vegetables and fruits available. It has very big parking area separate for 4 and 2 wheelers, food stalls available outside the mall and it is kids friendly.

If u want to shop for a single piece its waste of time... If required more saving the accordingly time to be invested for billing.. never come in holidays post lunch.. if u come arround 2-3 pm.. then the time u will be out post billing will be more r less 7-8 only.. better time to shop is morning.. and weekdays..

I used to be a big fan of Kukatpally Metro. It is a very huge facility and you can shop for almost anything you wanted for your home grocery n utility needs. Compared to other metros in the city, I rate this better in terms of size, selection of materials, etc. However of late I am seeing a poor service by the staff there. Nobody giving proper response when asked for an item/material. They just ask to search or refer to someone else who will jot be available. I suggest the Metro should take suitable corrective measures.

Clothes section) might be available at a few places at a comparatively lower price tag! You should have a keen eye..!One major disadvantage of the place though is its location(somewhat) and mandatory METRO Card which is only issued to persons with Businesses without which you wont even be allowed to enter inside!
