Service center supervisor was the person who will waste your time and money. They will charge the extra bill amount with out providing the service. I bought digital meter for fz v2 in their servicing center. I have the issue after assigning the digital meter. I asked the supervisor to look on this issue, the service was worst he gave a reply, that there was an issue with bike wiring. I replaced with my old digital meter. Every thing is working fine. Finally one of their experienced mechanic has fixed the issue. Here the supervisor was the worst person

I have a very bad experience with this Arjun auto in terms of service. When ever we go for service they charge more and quality of services will be less. Spare parts they used Not even 2 months it will be there. Thats my issues I have faced here.And shared only my experience but it differs with others

Worst service they broke my part and said it was from before. The manager is a worst guy so is few of the staff, they just want your money. Spoke with MD- this gentleman talked as if he is a gentleman but no useless, told he would pay me for the damage atlast showed his real face. Worst servicing center u can look at the collective reviews on servicing. Waste, good for nothing people.I have seen other customers who has faced many issues , so dont go with the positive reviews. Better try some other centers.

I come here for regular service of my bike and we have lounge behind service area so we can relax and read newspaper and magazines here and I have been given a tea here as a refreshment 😁..

Worst in terms of service ....there are so many negative reviews on their service centre ,its high time that they realize it and improve their after sales service .Although buying experience was good it gets nullified when their service centre is poor.Instead of sending same response to every comment ,I really hope they improve.

Worst service, purchased a vehicle, later on arjun auto has to patchup the additional parts where they told me it will complete within 2 to 3 hrs which has taken the hole day, later on TR number , they called me but not given TR number , and told to come back next day, while delivering vehicle employee told me come back in one mnth for 1st service again after 15 days they told me come after 2 months😅Few staffs are not attentive no active listening, they even damm care about customer service, they dont even know what is customer satisfaction and what does RATING means

Pathetic Service no one is kind here the first service Mr.harish spoke to me after my first serving literally not at all satisfying and the boys who done my serving was very rude and the service which was done my me is literally terrible and Mr.Srinivas sales manager is also no responsible for anything and the way he spoke to me is very rude and the service is really not at all good the Yamaha and silly reason they told me that there are no screws to fit number plate and asking me to come other day the wrost service which I never faced before Mr.Anil tried helping me but not up to the mark finally the experience is really worst and pathetic here and my bike servicing happening for the first time here are no spare parts available here very rude people and never expected this service.

Worst dealer. No after sales support from the management and the front desk employees. I am calling and requesting for the support but useless executive is answering the calls who dont know anything. He simply says will call back you after checking with the manager but never calls back or respond if we call on same day. Will never buy Yamaha bikes in future. And sincerely recommend people not to buy from this dealer. You will ultimately suffer after buying from this showroom.

Finance person and sales executive are talented and are good at their job. They will become a asset to you but ur manager is a hopeless guy, dont know how to behave with customer.No hospitality at all. Such managers are definitely a setback to the business.

Service centre was good.. Arjun Auto deals with both the sales and servicing .. They had their own servicing center and also they are having auto mobile parts center for all the types for Yamaha bikes. They will delivery the 2 wheeler service on the same day but we have to give the bike for service by morning only. Staff are very friendly and they will take care of the servicing vehicles very good. They are different modes of payment options , including cash payments. We will also get Yamaha genuine parts here in the servicing centre..

Serviced my Fazer. The spares which I have changed is generating rust and breaking. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR BIKE as the quality of spares is BAD. I even complained to company on dealer. Very Very Bad.

Guys please don’t buy vehicles from this showroom. Really fed up with the managers who are working here. My new byke bought on December 25th 2019 and got the issue on jan 24th in engine and tyres. So they told us to replace the tyre from MRF showroom near LB nagar. Not at all supporting the customer and gave the solution in worst manner( saying we are not manufacturers so go and ask yamaha guy) so please guys its a worst servicing center in HyderabadThanksSyed

Excellent customer service my foot.... the service is to bad not to bad it is vary vary bad.... i have given bike on 30/03/2019 the have assured that they will deliver my bike on 08/04/2019. today is 09/04/2019 they haven’t completed 50% of work also...there no workers are available in the show room... i have asked to their head he told the worker will come in one hour.... 3 hour passed till now the worker is not arrived to the show room bad service... they don’t care about their customers bad performance

Service here is gross.!They can only do and deliver general maintenance services on time. If you go for other works they keep on saying work is under progress but they dont even touch the vehicle. After servicing new issues arise.For my r15 after servicing speedometer stopped working. Engine had a starting problem after servicing.Better go for other Yamaha workshops.

Service charges is high comparing to other dealers branches. They charge the service basing on customers mechanical knowledge. If he dont know anything about bike service then they loot the money...labour charges also high.

Never expected this type of service from Yamaha. Worst experience ever had with any service centre. Went there for R15s servicing on 01 Jan 2020. They r just looters. All they want to extract money from u by replacing parts unnecessarily. The bill they are providing is also doubtful n not clear at all. One more thing they are charging 2% extra on debit/ credit card payments!!

Just they sell bikes in this show room and they wont care about servicing. Let me say my personal experience, before going to purchase my bike I have seen all reviews about this show room. And I have seen some bad reviews about servicing. But this show room is near to me so I decided to go there and ask them very clearly before purchage these all things. So asked them for that they said some old management might not respond correctly but we will do everything good. So I believed and purchaged but now I have seen their real faces about servicing. Because their work has been done that they sold bike. Every time I am telling problem but they do simply oil change nothing.any time they said If you want show in another showroom. Thank too angry face. So I really suggest dont purchage bike and unnecessary tension with them.

Pros :1. Very good servicing and you would have very good value for the money you spend.2. Not only vehicle servicing, your servicing will also be taken good care of it.3. Cashless billing.Cons :1. You have to literally dedicate an entire day if you live somewhere in Ramanthapur or any part of internal city.2. Limited availability of food options around by.I had invested one entire Saturday but I came home very happy with the quality of servicing I got for my Yamaha bike.

I went here to purchase a Yamaha R15 V.3.0. As soon as i entered into showroom no one have addressed me after a walk around through all the new bike models and i asked for a breakup for MT 15 and R15 V.3.0. They started questioning as i dont have money to purchase! me after Proving them that i can pay, they have given the price break-ups for both the models. when i asked to explain these people dont have any product knowledge on the latest Marketing conditions, and i asked for an test ride to finalise what bike to purchase between those two models, and their reply is Test ride is not allowed/No permission! and he was drinking cup of tea in front of a customer even without offering a glass of water! I havent felt any of the staff member working here is worth, so i decided to talk to Manager, well! even he is not available! LOL. Being an reputed brand i havent expected this type response from YAMAHA!! I completely lost the image on this brand.

They are running this servicing center to cheat customers and grab money thats all and Previous management was good, they used to satisfy the customer with good service...in one word, new management is worst, worst, too much worst.In my recent experience: 1) I took my Yamaha Ray-Z with very few minor adjustments, instead of providing small adjustment to the particulars problem they are simply tell me to change the components, sub- components. 2) my bike doesnt have any major sounds in body...after servicing I found lot of noises on the body parts, when I asked why my bike making nosies... they simply said you need change all you bile body covers.3) without my consent, they changed the oil.4) did they not resolved any of my listed problem and charged me 1600.5) technical team was not able to understand customer problems and very poor Service.6) pathetic service over all... as I told you, instead of resolving problems, they show small problem as big / major to grab money.Conclusion, I dont recommend their services, its better to give bike outside or somewhere else.

If there is any good showroom in Hyderabad for Yamaha then this is the place u must visit.now my bike is one year old but after the service it looks like a new bike.

Very bad service. When i asked details after service, supervisor replied in a rude way telling that our people are busy we cant tell details, if u want details better dont come againNot recommended, better choose another.

The actual service is quite good but,The mechanics dont listen to the complaints, recently I have complained the my bike stops in traffic . To which they replied that in my previous service AT THE SAME PLACE, they set my idle rpm lower(1100-1200) than recomended(1300-1500).when asked to increase to idle condition, they refused to and just said to come every two weeks and get it set again.Clearly they dont care about there customers.
