Superb place to chill in weekends peaceful atmosphere and service is good price depends on category of rooms. Deluxe, suite, villas are available in this resort. This place is very clean without noise and air pollution. Due to so many trees we get fresh oxygen so this is eligible for 5 star rating.

Accomodation is is different villas spread over a large area. So if you are in a group, you will get separated. Once you get into villa, you are on your own. Villas are good but in bedrooms, no chair, no table, only bed is available. No attendant, no intercom. No locks, keys are provided to lock your room. If you go out of villa say for breakfast etc, your luggage is unguarded. To attend any logistic issue, they take long time to attend. Food quality is average.

Layout of the MAK club and the Villas are simply superb. Neatly maintained, secure gated venue.Food is sumptuous and delicious. Wide buffet range for breakfast, lunch and dinner.Sports activity is as other clubs, golf course is mid-sized.Best is the sunset view from the lawn area. Green serene and light by the Amber sun is amazing.

Very well developed gated community with all amenities for weekend homes it is good investment option but only drawback as on date is area is yet to be developed.Club facilities are good well maintained.Only concern is whether it is sufficient for all the plots which they are offering.Executive golf course here is just for name sake it is of no use for a golfer or golf enthusiast. Squash court is also of no use if the occupancies increase. The module of converting villas and club rooms into resorts for community maintainence in appreciated.Overall good option for investment here for near future.

One of the best resort is MAK

This is an excellent place to go for an outing. Very nice environment and have access to all the great indoor and outdoor games. The view of the swimming pool is worth mentioning. It is really good and clean.

Amazing place to stay for! Has a swimming pool, a golf course, squash court, basketball court, beach volleyball, tennis and kids play area! Must visit with your family once for having fun!Indoor games like pool and table tennis are also available!A home theatre with a projector when you can take your own pendrive and play any movie you wish to watch!Must stay for atleast 2 days to relax yourself and discover the placeThe place is very quite and only a few people love thereAnd you can drive through the whole resort to discover which gives an amazing view!

Great ambience and great service

Horrible experience. There is literally nothing except for the pool. Per person they charged 950/- including taxes after requesting for offers and its not worth 500/-. Pathetic food. 3rd class hospitality. Rooms are just like any other hotel. The resort feel isnt there. Waste of time and money. And while my daughter was in the pool the pool cleaning guys pulled out a frog from it. Eeeeeyyyyuuuukkk. Maintenance! Horrible.

Good property for corporate off site events or team outings or staycations for family/couples. Nice property with private cottages. Food was decent, stay excellent. Swimming pool, volleyball and other outdoor sports. Recommended.

Service and food needs to be improved. Basic things were not available in rooms like towel and clothes hanger, poor house keeping and inadequate AC cooling. Bunglows looks good from outside and nice external architecture.

Need to do a much better job on the food, especially breakfast. A pretty good place to spend a weekend. Quite expensive to get there from the airport.

A good club house with hotel like facilities. Has great swimming pool. However, not a great value for money. Ola and Uber does not ply there, hence have to opt for private cab service.

The place is not a resort. It is a villa community where owners have rent out the ville to the community for business. Place has big club house with swimming pool. There is open place for seating and functions. Views are nice, being on srisailam highway you would not hear any vehicle noise, pretty calm, serene.Food is also good and service is pretty decent. Place has a big golf course and is amazing. Good to go for business functions and parties, however not at all suggested for personal outings.

Mak club, BTR, its not upto the standards and food quality is awful, dont get surprised to find house fly in your food and the meat is stored in the refrigerator for days. Managers try to escape their responsibilities. Very unhygienic place. Sometimes the pool is filled with more 50-60 people and its a small pool for not more than 25-30 people.

I was here for a traditional lunch party. This is a community hall like thing for the residents there. Very posh and rich indeed.

Well maintained but horrible breakfast

MAK club is a resort located on the high way hyderabad to srisailam road approx. 17 KM from airport, more precisely at 26th mile stone. Its visible and easy to locate. Installed Security is at main entrance and entry only for approved entrants. It has all facilities like a club house, swimming pool, tennis court, basket ball, golf coarse, and cricket ground. Club House provides meeting halls and departmental stores. Not aware about free WiFi as we never tried nor enquired. Mini theatre is available. Around hundred villas spaciously constructed and to my guess, 60-70 houses were occupied. All roads within the campus are blacktop and much wider with sign boards. Food is truly good and tasty. Liquor is also served on order. Very peaceful and placid area to live in as well to have great family weekends.

Yesterday(16-12-2017),we went This resort.This is Worst resort,till i have never seen .Dont select this type of resort for your outing. The management was very irresponsible. Food quality was very low. GHMC 5rs food is better than this.They put some restrictions like to pay the money at the time of arrival, reduse the DJ sound, dont shouting..etc.they dont have small game materials like Tug of war rope,volly ball..etc. I clearly advice to you no one can select this resort...they will charge highly but not provide any thing for that cost.i will give rating this negative(-5).my employees are totally upset for this...

Away from the pollution and noise of the city, Banyan Tree Retreat offers a calm and serene location unmatched by many. While the food may not be of the highest quality for those who are conscious about their health, peoples taste buds will never complain. The quality of service is great with helpful and smiling faces all around and all of this is just elevated thanks to the many amenities like a golf course, cycling track, tennis, basketball, and squash courts, a gym, hair cutting/ massage saloon, swimming pool and more. Youll have very little to complain about and will be looking forward to every visit.
