My stay was really good, they serve nice buffet breakfast as well.Location is prime if you want to stay in Hitech City area.The Hotel Manager, Sanjay and in-charge Deepak are very helpful and take goodcare during your stay.

This place is really amazing in hospitality, they helped me out when I arrived late at 12 am, the receptionist Deepak was really understanding of the situation and gave me the utmost care!

The worst maintainence, of hotel, bathroom flush is not going, just like a public toilet in apsrtc .. thats enough so avoid this hotel.. or else check the flush room is 20.. second floor.. The pics are taken 30 min later also ..And also floor mat is not provided.. the owner should see this and correct.. As its chain of hotels, no one is checking the reviews and correcting the issue

As it was 12am in the midnight the I just went to stay I was very sleepy and tired and the receptionist he mentioned his name was deepak kumar I was really upset with his behavior no manners to speak with clients I request hotel manager to please teach him some ethics and manners to speak with customerPathetic

The hotel is very cool and serene. The staff is also very nice. Only problem is for extra beds they do not have blanket or quilt. We requested a lot but there was only one answer we do not provide. They should not take booking for extra bed if they dont have facilities. Rest everything was very good. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and good. Room was clean and maintained. Value for money if you are only 2 guests. Location is nice.

Pathetic service by the receptionist. My colleague had a very nasty experience as he was asked to vacate just like thst and spoke to my colleague very rudely over payment issue. My company had paid Fab Hotels completely but this Hotel guy mentioned that Fab hotel didn’t pay the Hotel. The receptionist was extremely rude and I will not recommend this kind of hospitality extended to anyone. My colleague is an exceptional asset to us and him being treated this way is unfortunate. This horrible experience is prompting us to reconsider if we should pursue Fab Hotels as our Hospitality partner for corporate bookings in further or not

I stayed here for around 25days with my colleagues. The rooms are horrible. Beds are full of bed bugs. Most of my colleagues got skin allergy and were under medication. The staff is polite but very irresponsible. I gave my new shirt for laundry and they lost it. No action was taken and I did not get my shirt back. Do not book your stay here!!! There are many other good and clean hotels.

Arrival Experience was terrible!

Its near to major offices, and the food is great. I specifically loved the Curd Rice served there. Water bottle was missing in my room at first, but was arranged upon asking the staff.

This time I liked the facilities provided by the management. The rooms were clean. AC was functioning and Services was on time. I requested for water at 2 AM and water was delivered by the same time. Breakfast was excellent and I liked Idli Chatni a lot.

Nice and cozy rooms with ample space to move around. Could be slightly expensive considering the other options available in the same locality but definitely still a pocket friendly option. Food was good too. Friendly experience overall.

The rooms are good enough, what you would expect from a FabHotel or an OYO rooms. The room service is good too with prompt response. The breakfast could have been better. They serve machine made tea, and the options available in breakfast are pretty limited.

TV, AC, WiFi available. Though it costly its worth paying. Located very near Madhapur hence very convinient to new joiners in companies located in Madhapur Hyderabad.

Worst experience. Money taken but no rooms were available to allot it to me.Made me wait for more than 1 hour and later agreed to provide another fab property which is almost 4kms away from this hotel. After all the heated arguments got a room in the same property.Worst service ever.

Worst experience, just six hours in. TV not working, took 4 calls & 5 hours to just set up the TV. Staff is really laidback, I told them to change the room, but no answer. The AC is leaking now and its all water in the room. The wifi is on and off, off half of the time. This hotel is good to stay but laidback staff and their dont care attitude is why its lacking. Posted the pics. Really really sad, never again. Waste of money, time, energy.

One of worst experiences ever. Ive stayed for a couple of weeks and inspite of calling the reception 3 times everyday, there were always issues with wifi. The connection was either too slow or not there. If you DO NOT want internet, this is the hotel for you.
