Very bad experience one of the new associate whom I seen first time behave very rudly when I ask to correct my name spelling.After so many times I requested he replied sir I am BSC graduate I know very well about spelling so dont try to teach me,I m shocked,He told me he is local from gutta somewhere in kukatpally, how medplus hired these kind of local goons.i m too much upset with his behaviour request you to kindly trained well staff after hiring

@Vivekananda Nagar a big medical hall.Always medplus pharmacy will give good service I think.They are giving such a good discount offers also. All medicines were available, if not they will take a request from customer and if they want after one or two days they will arranged as early as possible. Keep it up management.For Billing taking too much time. Please do fast billing. It is very helpful to customers.

I visited this store four to five times out of necessity but not out of choice. Basically a large store with zero quality in customer care, billing speed and inventory management. Belligerent staff with no courtesy. An unnecessary store. Four out of five times I could not get my medicines. No stock they say. Very funny experience in such a reputed name store. For the owners it is a dead investment.

I ordered for medicine with Medplus online for door delivery. Medplus has chosen this branch as the delivery partner and delivered the medicine to the store. Despite repeated requests they did not deliver the medicine. They kept the medicine for 2 days. If the medicine is life saving drug will they retain in the same way. Worst service and irresponsible staff.

Hi i have purchased a tablet cost 347 rupees in Ur med plus store in Vivekananda nagar hyd Amount deducted from my phone PE and its not credited to Ur med plus account here is my Transaction id:C2010032002056557296376 Ur med plus executive not responding properly and i want  my money back this happened on 3rd Oct 2020 but till now i dint get any progress

I dont understand why there are 5 billing stations and every time there will be only 2 stations manned. worst billing speed it takes min 10 min waiting and inexperienced staff( they dont know how to check medicine availability and where it is in store).improve billing speed and train employees properly. or remove stations which you cant provide manpower. dont fool customers with 5 billing stations

Everything is good apart from the false statements.They tell us that if we shop for 1000 or above they will provide us free thyroid checkup but no.
