Suspicious and unhygienic place. Doesnt look like a diagnostics centre. No staff or process in place. Our RT PCR test was taken by the same fellow who billed us. The personnel wasnt in any cautionary gear while, before or after taking our swabs. The rates are hiked from 750 to 1000 in a spans of 2 months. no bill was produced either.

Dont go to this Diagnostics center. You will get wrong report..My 2 year old son was suffering from fever asked to test for Complete blood picture (CBP) , I visited this center.. they gave report in 1 hour with wrong readings.. based on this report Our doctor asked us to join my son in hospital.. I immediately admitted my son in Rainbow children hospital Kukatpally. They again tested CBP and all the readings were normal . Because of wrong CBP report they have given , I Spent 50K and mentally harassed.. so dont go to this Diagnostics center.Reading they gave as belowPlatlete count 43k --- in rainbow 1.5 lacsWBC 3000 ----- IN RAINBOW 5500I was planning to go to consumer forum.. but due to my busy work and schedule I dropped the planNOTE: The time difference between two reports is 2 hours

Yesterday they gave me COVID 19(RT PCR ) test report as Positive with CT value 18.5 without any symptoms. Same person same day at Vijaya diagnostics reported as Negative. Worst Lab

Expensive place for covid test, they charge 1000 whereas other places charge half the price. Most of the staff were not wearing mask including the front reception. The person who takes the sample comes without PPE kit and no gloves. They should be more careful and follow SOP.Only positive thing was there was no lines as in no waiting time, and reports are available within 24 hours.
