Worst Human Resources staff , making timepass by taking interviews . Dont even have proper reson to reject the candidates . This company jz make their own reasons to reject the candidates .

You give interview its too much politics especially that guy name with abdhull, I answered all the online test questions , the one who copied by seeing my paper test they got selected with full marks and I Got rejected , it was kind of a laughing and then I realized that person (Abdhull) was behaving very rude with due to I asked few questions, for which he was answering in a heavy voice, they will say to come for 2 days of interviews that also for only 2 rounds..never come from converse placement Guys never give here interview because there is no proper facility , if you give interview on 11th floor , the receptionist and name Syed he is the worst guy I never seen he least bothered wth us

I have attended interview here, Mostly they will hired consultancy candidates only because they received their commission from them. Pay scale for freshers, for voice process 2.50LPA(15,300 IN HAND) and for non voice process 1.90LPA(10,800 IN HAND). To whom they want to hire they will only cleared ONLINE test. For voice process, NO VOICE ASCENT round will be conducted, they will just give you training (for AR Calling) that all.

I sware not even a worth to half star. one of the worst organization. Trust me guys dont even join this organization. 1. No employee job security. You can be removed from you job like you will get call today and say that you have been removed yesterday as it happened to me. no proper management no one bothers you. No stable projects. in your dream dont even try to think to join this organization.

The worst company to work at. Everyone is only interested in whats happening in others life. Theyre least bothered about themself but will focus on others personal life. Join here only if you do not have a job. Else go for any other company. This is the most narrow minded company to be in.

If you are coming to interview please read carefully : 1st round is introduction 2nd round is apptitude test ( read odd numbers and basic English choose the correct answers is there ) 3rd round will be hr interview 4th round will be manager round .

Nice to work . but only issue is salary growth and career . we cannot expect more on IKS but skills which we learn here more helpful to survive. Subject we can learn so deeply but only salary growth and career is not so good.

I was hired for a process named Revenue cycle manager they have sent me offer letters as well I got know from people that they have batches and people are joining in their but since 1and half month I have been waiting for their response the hr is just bluffing me though you concant hr they are least bothered about you they would just ask you to look for other opportunities I dont know what these guys are up to dont waste your time and efforts I would never suggest to be a part of such a useless management company

Earlier it was good they keep on changing policies they dont value their existing employees.They are hiring freshers by paying 25+ per month.Too much pressure worst transport facility

I have visited for attending an Interview with IKS health.The interview process is very nice. The company is also a very good one. It is my bad luck I was not able to clear the interview.The HR interaction on each step of interview is very good.

I am one of the ex employee in iks. No.1 worst management and once employees relived from iks, they did not respond for your mails. IKS needs good communication and skill set employees but organisation not communicate with you for your queries.The most unpleasant working environment due to some employee who are working morethan 5yrs in IKS they leads orgnisation dominant and rules others.
