Build quality of top floor is really poor in respect of Green Blossoms apartment, Kokapet. Water is leaking from walls in most of the flats in 5th floor(top floor) during raining season. In some flats water leakage is terrible and owners are considering the option of selling flats.

We bought a flat from Gauthami Developers in Sai Subhashini towers Kondapur.A. They delayed the project by 1 year and 4 months than the committed time.B. They did not complete the work and even now there are pending works in our apartment which they are unwilling to complete.C. All they are concerned about is the money from the customers. Once the payment is made, then they dont care about any hardships of the customers.D. The staffs and the builder himself are more of goons than business professionals.

This place is surrounded by greenery,roads are in progress, once roads are completed this would be a very good place,the building quality ,design and the staff maintenance is in good hands.
