Worst service in this branch I took a commercial vehicle loan in this branch. While taking loan they said I can pre-close loan after 6months and they will close the loan by decreasing interest. After 2 years I went to branch and they are saying they they can only decrease 20,000/- as my remaining interest amount is around 1,30,000/-. There is manager Ramanjaneyulu who dont even know calculations I dont know how they gave manager post to him when I ask calculations he dont know what to say just saying how much amount there in statement that is the amount I have to pay. I just stop wasting time over there and paying EMIs. Even employees saying that theyll lie while giving loan to customer.

Its a private financial institution with branches spread across many cities. Be fully aware of the safety of your funds.

Worst service. Staff fights with customers

The lady who works on chit payment monthly installments gives wrong information.When the office is openned till 7 PM she says they cant pay payments after 5:30 .Always make us wait,no professionalism ,behaves as if she is giving money to us .very bad .
