Spacewell is the main company and also just payroll company of Amista and Boomers teams(companies) in India.Dont think total spacewell is a product-based company. Amista and boomers are service-based companies.Pros:Work-life balanceMedical BenefitsProviding LinkedIn learning accessOn-time salary even during a covid situationCons:dont know much about spacewell cons.3 years of service bond is the main cons. In spacewell, there is a scope to learn new and work on own products. But sub-teams like Boomers suffering from lack of projects and putting freshers on the bench without involving in client projects for more than 12 months. Yes at that time Dell Boomi has free training and courses platform. So management pushes everyone to do those without practical knowledge. Dont think service-based company means they have client projects in hand they sent employees to another service-based company to work for their client. That means acting as a STAFFING AGENCY.Boomers company/team is very small (less than 8 members) but no one cares about freshers growth. Management was not good. Single person-centric. Favoritism and Politics.Dont join as a fresher in Dell Boomi team. only few projects in hand those also managed by 30-40% of senior persons only. There is no growth in career for freshers since 2019. Dont think due to covid companies suffered yes everyone agree on that but after initial 2-3 months of 1st wave dell boomi projects increased but not in the Boomers.If anyone wants to come out they ask for the bond amount of 2.5 lakhs.Nowadays more companies offering 5+ LPA without bonds (or less than 2 years). Give priority to those only. The last option is only to spacewell if it is to Amista or any other teams except Boomers. I am particularly mentioning it because there is no chance to move to other teams/technology.NOTE: dont think 4-4.5 salary means mostly they give 4.3 only. Initial 4 months only 20k per month. And there is a 3 years service agreement if breaks that bond has to pay 2.5 lakhs.***************************************************IN INDIA SERVICE AGREEMENTS ARE ILLEGAL.
