Waste Consultancy. They sent me mail regarding an opening. I called them and sent Resume. They onboard my Resume on companys website and left. No update at all. If we call they wont pick. Waste Poor Management.My friend along with me sent resume to other agency. he even completed first round and waiting for ops round. whereas i didnt get any update. now i cant apply with that agency because they onboarded my resume and left.because of this agency im losing my opportunity.I never suggest this agency.Guys kindly dont waste your time.

Very disappointed...we do undustand that consultancy services play a vital rule in getting jobs in good company but one thing they should understand that candidates who are looking for jobs will also need proper and clear information about the company and job role. You should atleast provide them the JD of the company role you are offering the candidates. You are shedule interviews for candidates but you dont give spesific time and dates. I have personally faced this n number of times. Candidates wait for the calls for enter date and no information is passed to them that why there was no calls made. One thing I would like to make it clear that people like me are religiously looking out for good opportunity and we appreciate that you pass on the information about the company openings but please please please do not think that candidates are sitting ideal at home.they do have other responsibilities to do. Rather than asking again and again the candidates to be there for the interview calls,you are suppose to first check the availability of the interviewer that is he or her available for that particular day and time....
