Dont belive their agency, theyre scam. They will just take money from for you and not return it. They confirmed that theyll help me with loan but at the end of the process, they didnt help me and they didnt return my money. They are loan sharks, pls dont believe them!!!!

The worst company ever, they are even refusing to provide the remaining loan amount to be cleared.They were extremely proactive until we proceeded with the loan sanction from their firm, ever since the loan was approved, the interest rates are ever increasing, no transparency provided on how much loan is cleared so far and how much is remaining, no justification of how much is being deducted and why, no open communication about any changes, you will only realize the changes when the deduction hits your account and after reaching out, they say they are not aware of the reason and we should reach out to the Mumbai branch, so absolutely no end-to-end ownership. All they are interested in is you taking the loan and once it is sanctioned, they will keep you in the dark, are not responsive and are really rude to talk to as well. I would give a 0 but Google doesnt allow.!

Worst and fraud company. While giving loan, they say no hidden charges. But after taking entire loan, they will increase interest rate and they levy all other charges. Worst customer service. They cheat customers after giving loans and they even charge if you pay your loan amount in advance. Im a valid customer who took loan from Hyd branch and my account number is HYD/******. Im a true customer warning others to not take loans in this company as it is a fraud one.

So had moved my loan from HDFC credila to Avanse Financial Services Ltd. Initially they promise you to offer the loan at a rate which are lower than their competitors , then gradually every month they would increase the lending rate and will quote reasons related to the increasing expenses in the economy and the lending rate getting increased and they have bucket filled with innumerable reasons . From last year because they couldnt increase the rate so they introduced a different mode to rob us which is by introducing account handling charges , foreclosure charges and what not.

I would love to give a 0, for their excellent service. They dont give proper justification for the rejection and dont give any guidance for getting the loan approved. All my dreams came to a stand still because of them......i ma never going to them in my life and will never recommend anyone either. Its just a waste of efforts and time. you can try with others banks or NBFCs but this was horrible.

Worst worst company ever came across. They do not know how to talk to customers. Pathetic in terms of explaining the terms and conditions. Most of the guys who take up the cases (other than managers) are even horrible, they do not know the basics. Avasnse was our first choice when my brother wanted an unsecured loan for overseas study.He was met with a lukewarm and indifferent response at their office in Hyderabad. Disappointed, he went with another NBFC. Mind you, he had an impeccable academic record and high IELTS score.One year later, I got admission at a premier university and got the loan sanctioned from a different provider. Hoping to get a lower interest rate I reached out to Avanse. After long-winded email conversations and slow response times, I was told today that they dont process loans for students above 25. The guy handling my case was unsure why they were not willing to continue processing.My profile: Btech in IT with 70% aggregate. 8 years experience with multinational IT giants. 8.5 in IELTS.Sub-par service and inconsistent communication. I must note though that this experience was limited to the Hyderabad office and maybe the other cities have better service.

My friend was also hoping to get a loan from avanse so he got a loan sanctioned of 20lacs after paying 25k initial fee and when he asked for disbursement of loan they now started showing Various conditions like insurance and everything and vaisshala and sreenu were pathetic in their services.

Pathetic Service. A lady named Vishala in the Hyderabad office is the worst Ive ever come across. She has her own way of running the office and asks for money for everything she does. They just run behind their set targets of decieving students without caring about providing the students with hastle free and quality loans
