The architecture of the building is what attracts the onlookers. One of the most famous organisation in the world. Coming to infrastructure, its pretty nice and parking area is also looks good. It also comprises a canteen inside the building. So overall experience was something which will be easy to remember.

Accenture is an employee friendly company. This building has 6 floor on both A&B Tower. A tower cafeteria is on 6th floor, while B tower cafeteria is on 1st floor. We have plenty food options available.What I didnt like about this building is... Restrooms are not clean at all. Other Accenture buildings are way more better than this.

According to my friends its a nice place to work in so I applied for a role & by Gods grace I cleared all the interviews & they asked to send docs I sent & after 20 days they called me told that my profile is on hold apply for the same role with different Loc Donno Y. Carter site shows vacancies are there for the same role & same Loc I applied for.

I have bad experience with the interview with Accenture. They scheduled interview multiple times but no one joined the interview to take the interview. They took almost 3 months to schedule the interview.

I know this is a famous company. But behaviour, ethics and morals are important. I have completed 3 rounds for content reviewer. In the 3rd round, HR said our backend team will tell you about the result of 3rd round. Its been 2months but there is no response. I contacted to HR(who took 3rd round) thrice for any kind of update. He always says Ill reach to backend team and we will let you know. but no response. I hate this kind of behaviour. I didnt expected this from Accenture. When I have given first round just thought Accenture is not a cheap company. But at last you people are behaving like irresponsible and cheap behavior like other companys(not all few).

Went to attend interview...My interview day was quiet confusing and they will not get back on time. Apart from interview day, the interviewing process starting from screening to final interview is very tedious i have underwent this ever ending process for 3 months, just last week I completed last round of interview but they didnt gave me an offer letter or let me know whats the status of my candidature. Its very strange experience which I never expected from tech giant like Accenture.

Heard good things about Accenture company. Not just in India. Heard good things about Accenture company in USA as well. Some of my friends of this company tells a lot about this company. This company follows the process a lot to ensure the standards. Any company driven by the process will be good.

This place is of course my bread and butter for more than a decade now. Located inside Mind Space and mostly offer jobs related to IT Solutions. This building has a choice of more than 10 vendors providing food and beverage which includes Cafe Coffee Day. Facility is well maintained with 24/7 high security.

Neat... Environment is peacefull.. Every one in office is good.. And helpful

Beautiful ambience. A workplace which just is a workplace itself, true to its name. Im being sarcastic though... Well, all the companies in mind space are built in such a way that theyre just dabbas and dabbas of rooms all over... Or to be even more polished, these are tiny, sophisticated workplaces which dont make the employee realize the life outside of the cubicle.

Best place to work. Employee friendly and maintains individualism and supports personally as well. Work environment is well maintained at any point of time.

Big office .. love the ambience.. but hiring staff got confused and made me come to this building twice and they had no idea and simply said it was a dummy slot.

Good environment and company is very piece full.it is big twice buildings behind IBM software company we can find very easily without any confusion because from mindspace starting point it is straight route but some long by walking. they is no any stress by walking more ITcompanies having in that mindspace and its look beautiful and its great to get job here. Here lifts and walking by steps it is very confuse. Overall it is very good.Mostly here conducting interviews only with 2 rounds that is technical and HR interviews but when we go for interviews here we want wait so much time because the panel team was having with that panel is available only here conducting Skype interviews and some times HR round also conducting first after technical round when technical panel is not available. The interviewer is available across the India.

Worst recruitment process and staff of Hyderabad...They dont have co-ordination within themself..They dont maintain the history of an interview..Most of the HRs and recruiting staff are reckless as if they are doing their job for free..Bad face of reputated organization

As you already knows MNC L-5 maintenance will be in high range. having inbuilt cafeterias, gym, waiting halls, sico bays. Lot of facilities available.

Mangement & policies are pathetic.It involves using outdated techniques to solve todays problems.I wasted 2 whole days for an interview process. Wasnt given entry as i didnt have a 2nd original ID proof.Who does ask for 2 ID proofs for interview these days?? --> They!!

Worst Interview Process.They said I have cleared both my technical as well as HR round on 28th August 2019. Till date there is call or email with offer letter. Companies like this are not supposed to treat the techies this badly.

Best IT company, an MNC in India. Large crowd and everything is backed by policy. Recruitment process is very slow and some times it stretches to 5 months. Appraisal process is old wine in new bottle otherwise not much difference of the approach of bell curve.

May be it is good place to work but Interview process is very slow. They take months and months to release offer after completing all the rounds. Pay is not as per industry standard.

Visited this ofc for NJO meeting Accenture... Well organized space and the ofc... Food in the cafeteria is up to the mark... I ordered veg rice in the cafeteria.. its nice... Atmosphere around there is pretty calm n soothing even it is crowded... Parking space is too spacious...

Accenture is top in worst HR coordination. Earlier i just heard about it via online reviews but now i myself faced this and I 100% agree that this company has a under developed recruiting system. I get calls from different different HRs like on Friday and they say that Im shortlisted for second round at say Monday 4pm and i get call at like Sunday at 2pm and he says its a first round. What the hell. This is what HRs do to keep themselves busy?One time Ill be informed as on Monday 11am will be my telephonic round and that round never happens and instead the HR calls and says where are you? You have a face to face round at 11am then i have to remind them that they have told me about the telephonic round so Im at home expecting the same. THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES.Improve Accenture Improve.

Its good. Its not a campus. But feasible in raheza mind space. There they staff is helping to reach interview location process is easy. Everything they are only managing. One person is escarting new people who comes for interview. Process is fast. Technical round results coming within 20 min hr interview also feasible. If you are giving interview for another location. Then they are manging over skype and conf call. Thats actually good instead of calling people to that city to give interview.

Location is pretty cool in the mindspace; last block beside DXC Technologies. Visitors parking is just left from the main entrance. You need to take the visitors pass from the reception which is in the ground floor in both HDC01 A & B for a temporary visit as well. One can order food here online to avoid standing in lines in the canteen. Once its ready then it will be available for pickup. More importantly it saves time in the workplace.Work environment is good but growth is somewhat near to negligible, if youre looking for small term employment. If youre planning for large term employment then its fine.Previously the promotion period for a new joinee for a level 12 employee - Associate Software Engineer was 15 months but now it has been increased to 21 months. After the completion of 21 months youll receive a hike in pay and the position; Software Engineer. Security is well maintained.

Well I am working in this company from last 1 year and it is a good company for hike and learning. But they are paying very less from market and sometimes thats hurts and honestly I feel very embarrassing to telling my salary others. They give you same work but they wont give you the same salary , for example , if you are a B.Sc or BCA student and your r a fresher you will get less than half salary compaire to B.Tech fresher but the both people will work same.Just one advice to management dont do this kind of foolishness . Sometimes a B.Sc student more knowledgeable from a B.tech student . Pleas pay for their knowledge not for their degree.

Advice to ManagementPlease revisit the compensation policy and increase the pay of your older employees so that they dont get embarrassed to tell about their salaries.Working hours should be reduced and should be allowed work from home even for TLS.Management is not good, they need to be improved.Dont see only girls and give promotion, boys are also working.

Safety aspects and Greenary are good.
