I went here for moms checkup, they mentioned her both eyes need to get operated ASAP, without any delay we planned for an eye and it turns out awesome!! we helped our mom with her drops as suggested for time to time. After 5 days doctor suggested she can able to perform the second eye as well, we were not sure about that but doctor helped us to understand the situation neatly and we planned for the second eye!! Boom!! both eyes got operated and it follows the plan.All these things took 2 weeks of span and the care they took towards our mom was spectacular!! not just one person that includes everyone who works over there starts from reception to doctor. Doctor, she is a gem she take care each and every patient smoothly and she give time to explain and she is a good listener. Nurses are very helpful especially the male nurse he is very helpful calm and gentle towards the patients and he did a very good job and the same goes to medical representative at medical store inside the hospital.Last but not least!! Mr. Ramesh he takes care of financial stuff and other counselling things. He helped us to get things done, he is very knowledgeable guy. we called him many times with respective of operational things and other doubts!! whenever we call him we observed there is 0% of hesitation in his words.As a son to my mom I am fully satisfactory towards the treatment from these specialists, even the hospital ambiance is so peaceful.

I am a 71yrs old man and a diabetic from past 40yrs. On 23rd. September 2020, I lost my right eye vision when I woke up( I had cataract issue but didnt visit any hospital due to Corona pandemic).I visited win vision, Kukatpally branch immediately that day on advice of my friend.After checkup Dr. K. Jyotsna assured that i would get back the vision I lost due to cataract by surgery but retina issue may not be resolved for my age.The next I went again for pre and post fasting blood tests and scans.Everything was fine except high blood sugar (around 250). So doctor postponed the surgery until the sugar levels reach normal.After diet and medicine change, when blood sugar reduced to around 150, I went for surgery on 7th of October for right eye and 9th of October 2020 for left eye.It was a 10min long surgery, with no cut, no pain, excellent treatment and care from Doctor.Today, on 15th October when I visited hospital again for general checkup, my eyes were tested and I can able to read most of the font sizes with bare eyes..This is really a miracle for my age and I am really thankful for Dr. K. Jyotsna, Mr. Madhava Rao (Senior technician and admin in charge) and all staff members for their excellent treatment, hospitality, availability and safety measures. I would definitely recommend Win Vision.

Win Vision hospital (Kukatpally) has done cataract surgery to my father in Oct 2019, before surgery they did ECG and blood tests, ECG report showed my father condition is abnormal but they ignored the result and done cataract surgery. After one month of cataract surgery my father suffered with a severe heart pain, cardiologist verified the recent ECG report and wondered how they operated cataract surgery when patient ECG result is abnormal and why they didnt notify to contact cardiologist.Eye treatment point of view, i can say win vision hospital has very good infrastructure and hospital staff also very good and polite but I dont know why they ignored ECG result in my father case.If they dont have serious concern on the test reports then what is the purpose of the tests.I hope they dont repeat these kind of errors in other patients.

I have recently consulted Sr Opthomologist Dr.Jyothsna.K in Win Vision Kukatpally for my mother Cataract operation . My mother is aged of 73 yrs and and almost lost the eye vision for her left eye and in that situation I have consulted this eye clinic for her Cateract and believe me consultation and cataract operation was done with in 2 days without doing any unnecessary lagging of time . Despite my mother having the age of 73 and being diabetic , Dr.Jyothsna made my mothers Cataract operation successful.I was little apprehensive before approaching this hospital considering present situation of Covid and how the hygiene and sanitization are maintained. I made a call for consultation booking and they asked me to come before 7.30 pm for free walkin.. after going there they replied very carelessly like they dont have periodic service.. very wagely. In return they replied as you have not mentioned as eye check up in call. 😠 I returned home without their service.. full of time waste..
