Hi mam, we have delayed my mothers catract surgery on one eye due to personal reasons. Due to this delay, the white layer was hard and challenging for the surgery. But mam has done a great job and the catract was great successful. The eye sight also reduced more than expected.

My father Prabhakar Rao B underwent cataract surgery yesterday at Winvision Begumpet. Right from reception to the required pre-surgery check up everything was smoothly handled. Ive been to Win Vision twice in the last week, once for my dad and then for myself. Both the times Ive been very impressed with many things about the professionalism of the staff and the doctors, the safety precautions in place given Covid-19, the promptness of the appointments and above all the friendly people at Win Vision.I had a detailed visit with Dr. Sreelaxmi, she took time to explain all the issues, options and the care required for my eyes. I asked her so many questions and she patiently answered all of them. It was the same professionalism and friendliness with my father, that made him very comfortable.In these tricky times, #1 concern is safety precautions for Covid-19. Win Vision is setting the standard across Hyderabad. Right at the entrance is a foot pedal for hand sanitizer, then there are the sterilized pens for signing documents, the elevator buttons are covered in plastics and there are disposable toothpicks to press the buttons, all the equipment is constantly being wiped to make it the safest possible environment. But today I have received reports printouts first time so I asked the one hosptal file to keep it and store it. My mother underwent her cataract surgery at Win vision eye hospitals begumpet and the experience right from check in to discharge was 5/5.. The staff, counsellors, lab technicians, nurses were all super friendly and guided us and helped us with everything without any of us having to ask anyone for assistance. The friendly treatment starts right from parking to the operation Theatre.. A security person guides to an available parking spot. Once you enter the building you are greeted by one of the staff member and they figure out the reason for your visit. Once they have the name they check with the front desk and verify the details. Then a member of the staff takes the file and has the bill ready for you. You can pay cash, swipe a card, scan a QR. Then a counsellor assigned to you will take you the Operation theater in a lift. Do note, 2 days prior to operation you are shown the operation theater, floor, payment options so that u dont have any doubts left. Our councelleors were Mrs. sunita, Mrs.Anuradha who guided us with all the tasks and explained the payment options, best surgery method and the details of available lenses and their prices. We opted for femto Phaco which is advanced technique (Laser).Every member of the staff is extremely well behaved, friendly and treat all patients with a lot of respect. Ms. Renuka, the nurse who was assigned to us did a great job of explaining the schedule of medicines that needed to be taken after OP. She never did a thing without approval of the patient. She even checked with us if we wanted AC in the observation room while we waited for the OP. I could not find a medicine in the list and she arranged for it in one of their other branches without me having to go around for it. She packed all the medicines in a small box and gave us a happy send off. Since the consultation was at the A.S rao nagar branch I will post another review for it Including the details about the staff and the doctor who performed the surgery today. I would rate win vison 5/5 for all parameters.. Definitely gives peace of mind when its needed the most. Thanks again for all your services.
