Good, but not have time punctual

I gone to vasan and met doctor anisha for teeth removal. Her behavior was so rude and used so many bad words and bad language to me for crying while removing teeth. She removed very harshly and very badly. I want to slap her with my sandal. Bloody scoundrel lady. She took 2000rs for 20 minutes treatment and behaved worstly. Before this incident I have much respect on vasan. But its really waste clinic

This review is for Vasan Dental Care karmanghat branch: Worst experience. Don’t waste your time. I personally went into the office to schedule an appointment. The receptionist gave an appointment for next day at 10:30am. When I arrived for my appointment next day at 10:25am, receptionist took my details and told me to sit down. After he talks to the dentist on the phone. He walks up to me and simply says “dentist is not coming because she has an emergency”. I asked him why didn’t you call me before and let me know so I don’t waste my time. His answer was “dentist had an emergency”. He asked me to come after 1. What the point of an appointment? What’s the point of taking our phone number and details if they can’t Update you on your appointment? I understand things happen but this is not acceptable. If a dentist can’t respect a patient time, what the point of having a business?Anyways if your looking for a dental care, don’t go here! You will just waste your time.

Very helpful staff. The Doctors are very thorough with the examination. I came here for an eye infection that another doctor wasnt able to treat. The drops prescribed were so effective that i got rid of the infection overnight that was troubling for over a week.

No proper machines for test, came for perimetry test, lens were broken, took the money without intimating about machine , after test, printer was not working, they took a photo of result from computer and gave that as a report, no experienced doctors, no polite staff to answer questions asked for...very disappointed, names, date of births everything will be written incorrectly in file, give us a paper which they cal it as a file with spelling mistakes and strike outs

The timings are only meant for boards and not to be followed. The timings written on board is 9 and the doctor is not yet in when the time is 10.45. The regular check up is done by assistants and is good enough. It isnt a good thing to keep the paitients waiting for such long hours. At least they can keep the patients updated about the waiting time.

This branch is not as smart as dilshukh nagar branch.Staffs are not having free time to chit chat so they use the working hours and have fun with each other. Receptionist are also courteous but not with us with the dear ones in their mobile phones.Customers were made to wait for a long time later when a angry customer reacted things came back to work and first priority was given to him skipping all the other patients. Doctors cabin is also filled with staff so that he can talk to patients in his free time.Very good hospital if want to see staffs enjoying their time.

Theyre more of salespeople than doctors. The autorefractor technician didnt know one thing about the procedure before he started to test my eyes. He went about to check my eyes with my contacts on. I walked out and spoke to another person and later he himself told me that hes a Junior there. Later when I went for the refraction test, the lady in there asked me to wait for 30 mins as I just removed my contacts. Later she examined my eyes again (both autorefractor and refraction) and directly jumped into business. She started to convince me about buying contact lenses for 6 months rather than just 3 months as she could fetch me a good discount. And then I was sent to the doctor for another check-up and then they gave me the card with test results. They never gave me the calculated power for contacts because I refused to buy at their franchise. The lady who checked my eyes (refraction) outrightly denied to write the calculated power as I wasnt buying at their store. I had to give that one star just to be able to post my review. -_-

Worest hospital which I had visited..Doctors are very indicent in their behaviour..They talk very harshly with vulgur slang.. 😡🖕

The treatment process is not transparent with out OP Bill. They are not giving detailed bill to the patients. An advance payment receipt is given. Inspite several visits bill is getting delayed. Consulting doctors are changing often.
