The place is on the main road so cant miss it. The cafe was neat and clean. The sofas were nice and the staff was courteous. Now the important part. I visited the place looking for may be a special / unique Chocolate but this place offers nothing new. Dont get me wrong, the deserts are nice but it does not focus on chocolates as per the title. So i had the chocolate bomb which was good but expensive. The quality of the chocolate served here is ok not that great.

This place has the best seating available especially in the first floor and it’s really a good co working space for those who would like to have some food and work at the same time. Let’s get to the main part now. Food tastes good and I would rate 4/5 for it. The worst part is service they respond very lately and take so much time to prepare food. People who come here usually spend lot of time sitting there by ordering one or two items from the menu.

Place ambience is good, its a co-working space. I went here on a Sunday afternoon. I had death by chocolate pancakes, brownie smoothie, and Mexican grilled sandwich. Only the smoothie was good, other 2 were bad. The chocolate pancakes were not baked properly, it was sticky and hard when I cut it. I had same pancakes at multiple branches and it was soft and fluffy. The Mexican grilled sandwich was very poor, it wasnt grilled brown as shown in their menu and also the bread used was very poor quality. It was not worth the money. The service and ambience is good for hangout and co-working.

This is one of the best Chocolate rooms I have visited in Hyderabad. The others are like a normal small cafe but this has 2 floors. While the ground floor is like a normal cafe, the first floor is just amazing. The railway coupe like sofa seating is very relaxing. Must try this seating if you ever visit this place. This is the highlight of this place. The taste is same like any other chocolate room but the ambience is what one should experience. The chocolate bomb is also a nice trick to see with little kids in your group.

Nice place to chill and have dinner as it has a spacious seating where you can sit with your feet up. Food and drinks were average in terms of taste. Portion was good. Do not order Creamy Chicken Pasta its too blandand had big chunks of few chicken pieces which were stiff. Sub is good, Sizzler is okay taate wise. Mocktails are good.

Not maintained properly, not at all maintaining standards of chocolate room, I have orders dark hot chocolate and there was a cockroach in it and I asked for an explanation everyone are dum. I dont know what will happen next, I want to suggest people please check what you are eating.

Visited yesterday for a business meeting with colleagues, excellent service & decor. Loved the relaxed seating on the first floor. Had coffee & the omelette for breakfast the food was excellent staff was courteous, all the hygiene norms are followed , parking faculty is good.will definitely visit again soon.

When I was entering .. so I felt ok its Just a another CCD but then when I entered the second floor.. there they had made a bed like sitting where you can literally lay down and eat.. never saw such a relaxing restaurant.. the ambience and Vibe is too good.. here you can chill with your family and friends.. talking about the food so we had ordered chocolate sizzler and chicken salami pizza... So the chocolate sizzler is very delicious but chicken salami pizza was disappointing as it was little overcooked from backside and the pizza bread was not so puffed like sometimes I feel Im eating a biscuit.. so I suggest that for chocolate lover its heaven if you are a chocolate lover you must visit this place ...

FOUND A HAIR IN MY FOOD. Good ambience. Thats the only thing thats good. Visited to attend a work call but host didnt turn down the music even after requesting. When I requested for a hexagonal pod to get some work done in peace he said its reserved, which is respected, but when I asked to notify me when its available and sat right beside it, he let another client take it up without a reservation. The worst part, when we found hair in mac n cheese sizzler the host was clueless how to react, fumbled an apology and replaced it with a plate with multiple items missing. When we finally left and gave a review to the manager explaining our dissatisfaction, the manager barely made eye contact and said nothing while handing over the bill. Didnt expect this from an apparent multinational chain of lounges.

We have ordered chocolate sizzler and smoky Brownie. They have made topping with white chocolate chips as there are no chocolate chips with them. Also sizzler is not hot at all and it is served in small pan which is so messy to look.

Ordered chocolate sizzlers and it was amazing.Prices of chocolate desserts almost starts at around 350rs but theyre worth it.The sandwiches, wrap and pasta is also worth trying.The place is classy and i liked the seating arrangement as well. You can go here with family. Kids will love this place.Totally Recommended Place🤘

The food is awesome..Best tea place in hyderabad..The major drawback is unavailabilty of seats and the unsupportive staff..Though staff is good at serving but in case we need help for change in table or queries regarding vacancy of tables they are a bit unsupportive

Spacious place with great ambience. English tea and latte were great.

Even in covid they are maintaining a proper hygiene and its safe to visit. This has become my favourite spot. I mainly visit it for dessert. The ambience is whole different level. There are cozy sitting areas where you can sit without your shoes. They have both ground and first floor sitting available. There are good collection of books that you can skim while your food arrives. Even the sanwisches are so crunchy. The staffs will always help you order if you are new and have question with how the food looks or tastes.

Ambiance is bloody top notch! No question on that. Service is also very good. However, I wasnt impressed with the taste of cappuccino we had and also the hot chocolate. Hot chocolate wasnt hot and also the coffee cappuccino wasnt great for the price point.Overall, in terms of the quality of food, not impressive. I was used to Waffle House right in the next lane due to less options in this area and I would keep going back there.Will try and see if I can make it to this place to give it another chance. Otherwise, its a great spot for something like this to open up. Its crowded too but with good crowd and also this opened up recently.

Great food and ambience. Located opposite Hitex in a prime area. Hot chocolate is the go-to option. Mexican and pizzas are yummy. Ample parking and seating available on the upper floor too with great views. Open till late and usually crowded in the evenings.

I had the best time here. The seats, I loved them. The ambience is wonderful. The food is amazing. I really liked the Tiramisu choctail! The person serving was very polite and cheerful. He was eager to help serve well. The chicken Caesar salad was perfect! Im definitely going back!

Extremely good place for desserts. Roasted chicken sandwitch is bit dry. Chicken pasta in pink sauce with 2 slice of toast and 1 pastry combo is value for money.In deserts I have ordered Coffee Frappe from Frozen sharma which is ok and Chocolate truffle pastry is very delicious.

Since this place is new , right now they are out of stock for hot chocolates.Yet tried their chicken nachos which was yumm and my new favourite Nutella Banana Chocizza ,yes u heard that right. Looking forward for waffles and Tiramisu hot chocolate for next time.

The food was amazing. But the reason why we went was the seating and we werent disappointed. We chose the sofa seat on the second floor and it gave us the privacy and the view we wanted.Our attendant Mr. Sudeep was very patient with our continuous orders and made sure we had everything we need. We had tried out a panini and Nutella waffle suggested by him and they were fantastic.Overall Id say I had a happy experience, you should definitely check it out :D

It was really a nice experience to visit here and they have the best opions for chocolate lovers and its no doubt a co working lounge at hitech city with a vast place to sit and enjoy with your friends. For engagement of coustomers theyve kept some card games and some books to read. The service is good and the dishes are also tasty as they look. Tried a waffle and a choco lava lava cake and an oreo shake and a brownie shake which was indeed very delicious and the ambience is very very awesome here. This is the only place which is open 24/7. The ambiance on first floor is awesome as you can see in picture. You can relax comfortably and have Mexican/Italian food. All chocolate lovers should go and try some of your favorite dishes here. I dont remember what items we ordered, but everything was up to the mark.

I always visit this place to have Veg Nachos Supreme dish.They have decent seating at 1st floor 🤩♥️. As the name suggest you can plan to work from here as well.

Best thing is, it is open till 12am. Ordered a cake for friends bday at 12. Taste is not so satisfactory.
