Very clean and hygienic place reasonable price and very polite staff

I went to banquet hall , not rooms . Food prepared for marriage was spicey and space was also compact and staff was rude they dont have Ted bit of decency how to talk to customers. .

Budgeted Hotel, dont expect too much. No hot water and rooms interiors dull, only walls and even AC doesnt cool the room. Need a change over.

Good place for having a function for 100 people

There are two hotels namely Hotel Samrat and Hotel Samrat Presidency. Hotel Samrat Presidency is much more comfortable and the ambiance is also very nice. My friends opted for Hotel Samrat which was quite which was not up to the mark and gave an eerie feeling.Check the air conditioners in the room properly before ok fine. Also check the condition of the toilet for cleanliness. They might try to allot a room with air conditioners and and clean toilets. A word of caution due to this.

Good hotel for family and single. Nice food. Breakfast is good, need more items. Room service is also quick. Too healthy reception. Bigger rooms, huge parking, easy accessibility.Good location can have nice food from outside also.Reasonable cost and good booking assistance.Everything is perfect.

The rooms are average in quality. The channels available in TV are pretty limited. There is no window so there is no proper air circulation. The staff is helpful. Suggested for one day stay and around 800 rupees.

The rooms are good but the washrooms are not clean. In some rooms, the dressing table doesnt have lights or bulbs. The bathrooms should have better lighting system. The service was okay as it was not prompt.

Decent rooms, affordable price. Although they dont have thrir own restaurant, in room dining orders will be available within expected time. Quick responsive room service

Poor maintenance

I have recently booked 3 rooms for weekend to visit my friends.the maintenance services and rooms are good.nice place to stay and all kinds of cuisines available with in the hotel and around.Budget friendly. Sufficient for the money we paid.

Wifi is not able to be connected. If we try connect it is showing that unable to obtain IP address. Hot water wont be available all the day.

Old property, recently taken over by OYO, they said. In double occupancy they dont have separate single bed. If you dont want to sleep with a male friend on one bed please dont book. Killed one bedbug at night, it was crawling over the mattress. I hope you can get the picture now. Only one star from me because it was also stinking.

Good place for a short stay. Function hall is too small to accommodate 100 people.

Needs to improve customer satisfaction and relationships, I think others are good needs some modifications like air flow and cleaning is so important.

Room was very nice and clean.staffs were very helpfull especially those who all are in reception.me and my mother was first time in HYD but staffs especially mrs archana she give me the direction and she is very helpfull and nice person.surely i will recoment to my friends.

Fine for one night stay but some facilities offered are not maintained properly.

Rooms are good but servicing is too bad. Really disappointed with mineral water price 23 and the explanation is 22 is mentioned and 1 ruppee tax. Seriously, Its mentioned 19 ruppee incluclusive all taxes. Please be careful when you are ordering something. Dont pay with out seeing bill.

It is centrally located on Balanagar high way.it is easily accessible to every one. It is neatly maintained , worth to celebrate within the budget up to 250 people gathering.
