I have planned my wedding in the hotel. Wanted to share my experience so that others can be cautious before planning any event in this hotel.II really liked ambiance and the whole hotel was pretty clean.Thanks for the tea/coffee at the midnight.However,1. Prices were pretty high compared to other 5 start hotels but the service was as low as 2 start hotels.2. TV was not operating in the rooms. When asked by multiple people from multiple rooms, management responded stating a person will come and check the issue. But no one turned up! We all wondered will there be any 5 star hotel which can’t afford a basic TV package when guests are residing!3. I’ve booked for marriage. I requested the starters and welcome drinks to be served by 6PM. People were starving crazily. After multiple follow ups by me and my family, starters were served at 8 PM!!! Hence no one was able to have dinner properly!4. I have requested for projector and paid good amount for it as well thinking to use it throughout the marriage event. They just gave us a projector with out any help in setting up the projector. There was no one there to respond when required. After the struggle we were able to setup but we could see only half screen with very poor quality. We stopped in 15 minutes! It was a sheer waste of money for projector.5. Lights were all the time off in the reception area. Sometimes after requesting staff will on them only for few minutes. While leaving from the hotel my dad got hurt due to lack of light. He was bleeding but there was no staff to attend him.6. I gave all the above feedback for the automated mail and spoke the same with event manager but there was no response from management. Hence posting it here so that others should not face my experience.

Hi.. conducted a marriage in one of the hall and all the arrangements are really good and hospitality is nice.. we stayed in the rooms and rooms are really nice and spacious.. morning breakfast was good and all the staffs are very humble and very friendly while serving...

HiI had a worst and very worrying experience of my life staying in your hotel le meridian at gachidowli hyderabad.I am on cpap machine used to help in breathing while sleep and during the very first night of my stay the electricty in the hotel kept turing or tripping. Since i am on cpap machine which means i need machine support to breath during sleeping. With the electricity tripping the machine kept turning off resulting in me unable to breath and potentially having heart attack. I went to the lobby at 1am in the middle of the night and requested the looby manager to sort it out or i have to move to the nearly hotel which was raddison.The lobby manager said he will sort it out and ask me to stay awake till 3 am till it is sorted. I was fusrious but i stayed awake. but even after 3 am electricity kept on tripping and decided to leave the hotel and move to the Raddison nearby. In the lobby when i asked them that i am checking out, the whole team came running and requested that they will tell electrican to stop working on the electrics till morning. After thier repeated requests i decided to stay. But i warned them that it is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel to have these issues. Next night again it kept on tripping. so basicallly it was a hotel from hell! After that i moved to Raddison.I have decided to never stay in your hotel and told all my collagaues from london to avoid Marriot like plague!

I have visited one function at minus 1 floor. In fact I am a guest to that function.1. Reception is good.2. The entrance is not good.3. Compound is not upto the mark4. The food is average in taste.The arrangement is buffet. There was no facility to place for plates after completion of food.

A 5 star hotel in the financial district Gachibowli area of Hyderabad has luxurious rooms high quality food and drinks not only for visitors but for also participating people in different events. Went there for Sunday brunch.... Food was yummmm...... Good variety (even for a vegetarian like me)...... Very good staff.....liked the music too..... It was a little sunny though and so most of the guests were moving the tables indoors and so it was getting a little congested, so my suggestion to the management would be to put up umbrellas or some other shade.....

Nice cosy hotel conveniently located at Gachibowli. The operations have been restricted due to covid regulations and dinner service is limited to in room dining. The breakfast fare is average. The rooms are nice I just wish the rest rooms were a bit larger.

This place means warmth and happiness to me, the way me and my family was received when we checked in and to the day we checked out it was like home away from home feeling.Thanks to Nidhi for the surprise welcome and making us feel special and a mention to Arbindo from the buffet section who was always helpful during our stay. I would have given only one star, increased 2 star only for the efforts made by staff on day we had to check out.We have taken staycation pack with check-in on 28th August, while the package assures you of lot of things but it is a big sham, dont go by the package details as most of the things wont be provided and you may have to ask for the things everytime saying that it is included in the package , even staff across the hotel are not aware of staycation package inclusions,Heres about my experienceDay 1)Parking as mentioned by lot of people is not proper, TV in the room wasnt working, technician arrived after an hour of complaint, popcorn movie and all written in package wont be available , biggest lie was dinner where we expected a buffet , there was not even a proper a- la - carte service , while a lot of time was wasted in going back and forth regarding dinner inclusion in package and finally when they agreed for dinner the ordered dinner arrived an hour after ordering . We complained regarding all this to the manager at the end of the day.Day 2:Includes breakfast and brunch, these two were the only things which were at par with a 5 star standards and staff was very cordial breakfast buffet had a decent number of items and brunch also was fantastic with a plethora of food and drink, Sunday brunch is worth a go

Wedding event: Complete disappointment ,lost trust on Marriott brandWe organised a wedding event here in Le Meridian and opted for Non Veg Dinner .Guest are very much disappointed as there is not meat in Biryani and buffet dishes got empty after some guest had dinner,remaining waited for long and gave up and left empty stomach.I cant beleive such brand would shame us in a once in a life time event.

Visited Gachibowli for a medical trip. Booked through online app. Checkin was smooth. The management was following the safety measures starting from the entrance. Temperature check, sanitizers and social distancing. Landed early, so requested for an early check-in which was given. Rooms are big and bright. Beds are soft and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean with neat linens. Staffs are polite, friendly and professional. The breakfast spread is lavish and good taste, Kudos to the entire team.Will recommend this place 👌

Le Meridien- Been to Le Meridien for Sunday brunch at Jasper Grill at a poolside on the 12th floor, rooftop. Jasper is now open for Sunday brunch.They have both vegetarian and non-veg for buffet, along with live chaat counter, pasta counter, Chole with kulcha, pita bread with hummus,Waffles, Salads and veg and non-veg starters, main course.I specially liked the desserts and chaat section here . Desserts they serve both cold and hot. Really liked the pastries, it was spongy and delicious.Management should take care of refilling as its slow and also as they only have outdoor sitting, beside the pool side, there was no shades to cover. They dont have indoor seating. It was too sunny and there was no shades or any provision of pedestal fans, tower AC or coolants.

I wish I could give no rating at all. Stayed here but I think it might get closed soon. Or else they would have provided us with better service because Lobby lights and AC was kept off. Such is the cost cutting to survive. Not expected from Marriot Hotel brand. Better go for ITC or Accor group of Hotels, if looking to stay in nearby area. They have better service than Le Meridien. Breakfast was not provided on time because of which we lost huge deal. Maybe I should sue them. Procedures were not explained beforehand at the reception during check-in.No quick response from service desk.Pathetic service.Breakfast was bland.Overall worst experience.No wonder there are so many bad reviews already!!

Being a Marriott titanium elite member I decided to check in to this hotel and gave more preference to Le Meridien over others, however much to my surprise the stay didnt go well, the only thing that went well was the room upgrade and much thanks to that, other than that its a thumbs down as I did not like the housekeeping service and the service in restaurant, some of the staffs are rude dont understand why they chose the hospitality industry if they wanted to show their attitude, doesnt seem to fit in well. Also safety is a big concern because the entry and exit point for vehicular movement is same for the hotel, hence I decided to get down on the highway and walk towards the hotel, stayed for 5 days and had to repeat this everyday, board and beboard the cab from outside the hotel.Overall it was an utter disappointment and for the first time ever I felt that the hotel is not upto the brands standards and the way it is advertised. Personally I dont feel great writing a negative review for the brand because personally Marriott remains my number one choice its like a second home to me and I didnt become titanium elite just like that, just so you know.The bottom line is I aint coming back to this hotel ever again.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. It has all the conveniences, you would ever want with a family

The rating is purely for Room service.It was smooth checking. I have stayed here on last week of October. There was COVID 19 safety measures at entrance. Temperature checks and sanitization was there. Check in was easy and hassle free.Room was specious and clean loved the overall experience. I have ordered Morning breakfast and received it after 1 hr thought okay as they might be preparing everything fresh. In night we ordered food from out and asked for cutlery. And waiting started ........ 30min again called .....30 min ..... again requested 30min ....... after 3rd call and about 25min we finally got cutlery. By that time the food was cold.Cool.. next morning I wanted to order breakfast started dialing room service. The line gave me busy tone. Kept on trying for an hour. Connected finally to reception and they were trying to connect to room service and line was busy again. Asked me to wait till they arrange call back. I started the process around 8.30 and by 10.30 got a call to take order. Okay around 11.20 got my order in the room but the dishes were missing even tea was missing. And the person said he will ‘try’ to get tea ASAP. Around 12 I packed and checked out but I didn’t get the tea.Worst room service I have experienced in any hotels. wanted to give feedback but they didn’t had any feedback forms.Except pathetic horrible room service everything else is good at this hotel hope they will sort this out soon. At least get a good phone extension system which can manage all your guestrooms.

Being an Ambassador Elite member with Marriott Bonvoy, I must say I was impressed by the hospitality and reception from the hotel manager (Ravi), all of staff members and Chef, Vishwa who made my stay rather enjoyable. Thanks Ravi and Vishwa!Lé Meridian, Hyderabad boasts luxury in every aspect and would be a great choice for someone looking to either relax and rejuvenate or work. It’s proximity to several happening spots in Hitesh City and Gachibowli and of course all major business centres makes it the most desirable option.

I have sent my parents here on there special day (Anniversary). The staff has been very helpful and creative with my request. They have modified my package as per my needs. The team ensured that the guest is comfortable and on toes when ever the guest needed something. The ambience, service, team/staff is very helpful. The staff has gone extra mile, to give a great hospitality experience to my parents. I had a special request to arrange for a bouquet for, though they dint have this available, the team made an effort to arrange that from outside. The staff decorated the room to make them feel special on thr special day and also arranged a delicious cake. When asked about the charges, they clearly said we are gonna do this to make our client feel special and we dont charge anything for this. I think this statement made me look forward. It is one of the best experiences for my parents. I highly recommend this to the whole world:) Thank you Le Meridien team for making this a memorable one. Appreciate it!
