The restaurant was impeecable.Starters are very crispy, fiery and rich in taste.The deserts are mouthwatering and the main course is also good.Must try Royyala Vepudu and Schezwan prawns.Coming to the part of ambience and staff is excellent.Summing up with a 4star rating.

Good ambiance wide options but average stuff. Not consistent in taste. Tried both dining and take away , can go for hygiene but cant expect much taste. Even attended function in the banquet which has pretty average food.

Ac button are not working also there is bad smell in toilet and room. Room Maintenance service and other services are very poor and worst.

The front office staff was really very rude because i have done a booking. when asked about check out time he said sharp 11:30 am. i told him what if i check out by 11:45 or 12 then he said i have to pay extra 1000 even of i cross 5 min. TV was not working and when informed he said he cannot do anything as no technician available. Initially he said my booking was on hold because me and wife are not married. Later i told him that i will show proof but he did not respond at all and said leave it. Never had such pathetic experience.

It was very good. There is quick response for service. Tasty food. Worth for the food.

Worst place to stay in Hyderabad . Even after being in hospitality industry they don’t understand what customer service is .. I told TV isn’t working manager told me you are in hotel for 2 days you are complaining now. I said change my room he said why you to watch tv at this hour if you had to should have told us in evening.Secondly , I called to check if can get cold water he said we provide pet bottles in room only.Thirdly, his statement when roomService guy can’t fix tv nobody else can.Fourthly, I called to check if my leftover food from afternoon can be warmed up response that I got was kitchen is closed nothing can be done I asked if I can get something fresh and warm he said I have already told you when kitchen is closed how can you ask thatLast but not the least previous evening I had a guest whimI wanted to be here for sometime I requested and finally he did not agree so the guest went back and after all this he told me you are after my life because I didn’t allow the guest inside

An awesome place to have Kheema Biryani or Chilli fish. All the food recipes are very good to taste.

The ambience is very nice, tables are too close to one another and cant help but brush off against some other table. Its a little crowded guessing why people like it but for me personally, the food is not my cup of tea.

We went for a wedding and the waiter was serving idly/vada with bare hands, not even gloves. When I asked about it, he called another person who was wearing gloves doing some other work at lunch setup.. He didnt even change gloves and used same to serve idly..

Just now we entire family visited Hotel post reviewing posts. Ordered Veg Manchuria & Mushroom 65 towards starters and both items were pathetic no taste, manchuria is not cooked properly, we need to chew a lot. In main course ordered Aloo Methi which is very bad in taste. I think so the Chef doesnt have knowledge of cooking or else management not paying well to them. With this we paid Rs.1977/- towards bill. From our point of view the value of food may be only Rs.197/-. Henceforth we will visit the hotel again in future, kass hum is hotel mai nahi jathe.

I have visited nearly 40-50 Times here. But suddenly they charged 35rs for water bottle, where its mrp is only 20rs.Completely looting people.Almost double price. Charging 15rs more on mrp.DONT ENCOURAGE THIS TYPE OF RESTAURANTS
