Today morning ordered food from this hotel through swiggy app and found cockrach in the gravy...also food was very disgusting in taste ...request owner not serve cockroach surprises in our food ..we dont want them as non veg food category.....raise ur kitchen cleanlines standards sir...Please FSSAI check their kitchen n safety standards ...they cant be let free to spoil peoples health in covid times..

Weve ordered an idli and a South Indian thali...the food was stale. The ingredients used in cooking were bad. Only the poori and papad tasted good.

The only good veg. hotel around hare. Spacious and neat. People can get tasty tiffins.

Since morning to till late night can get idli n dosh food everytime and taste is also good.

Had thali there, found one live cockroach in the plate, I went and showed to the owner his responce was kahi say agyaa kogaa. I started eating from the other side of the plate and again I found another cockroach. I showed him again he was least bothered I kept the plate as its and left the place as i. Was in hurry and had less time to argue with him.

Worst service each dosa 50 rupees cost but in reals its not upto 10 rupees, same as meals also today I waste money and time by going there

With poor quality and poor ratings, theyre operating on 2 names in food apps. Hotel Anand Bhavan and Anand Family Dhaba. But no difference in food.On top of all that, these morons have sent sambar for malabar parota with no curry.I ordered at Anand family dhaba on Swiggy, but got to know its the infamous Anand Bhavan only after delivery. The Swiggy guy confirmed both are the same, theyre operating on 2 names at same time.Felt literally cheated.

Good South Indian food, ambience is not so good but average.Thali is very tasty and the water served is treated water,Washroom is a hell where no taps are working and in a very unhygienic shape. Regarding services, the staff are courteous but not so attentive.

I ordered from swiggy thinking its great Ananda bhavan.. .display 9mages does not match.....chef must be a low time waiter or from Mars....poor curry displayed was yellow curry and they deliver sick worst Korea...dosa half cooked....you can finish the rest half at your home by cooking it.....DO NOT BUY

Very poor quality south Indian food. Rice is like the one you get PDS (worst quality rice) Not worth the money. Full meals costs 100rs but if you need more rice/curry or anything, you need to take your plate to the counter. Who on earth will come with such horrible service.👎👎👎👎👎 Thought of rating it negative but no way to do that hence giving one.

Sorry for bad rating, but 3 days back, when I went there, I saw rats and cockroaches. The place is badly infested with them. You must have noticed, the hygiene is utterly poor. When I spoke about the infestation to management, they said that they just need to spray the chemicals. Cockroaches dont go away with pesticide sprays. They go away with proper hygiene. Now I understand why my stomach was upset when I got food parcel from them last time.

Though the menu shows good options, quality of food is bad as well as poor customer service. The eatery charges like a premium restaurant but hires unskilled staff. Hygiene is also something to mention here. I had to turn off a dirty plate covered with a leaf

Giving it one star because I cant give anything below this. This place has become just a Swiggy / Zomato take away hotel.I was only the only guest who came to eat and I was treated like a dog. I went to ac section. Unfortunately ac was not working. I complained about it but this guy was simply not having tongue.I ordered panneer curry with nan. He bought the order after 30 mins. Surely he was busy giving the food i had ordered to swiggy and zomato.The nan was like rubber. Finally when he bought the sweetner along with the bill it had black ants.I will not suggest anyone to go to this gloomy place and waste your time.
