Worst hotel! Zero cleanliness. Looks like they cleaned the rooms and toilets some months ago. Everywhere stains on the beds and floor, road side toilets are far better than this one and they are charging 1800 per day for AC room, which is unacceptable. For 500 rs lodges they maintain the cleanliness. No service staff, no proper responses. It’s disgusting.

The room is quite comfortable and luxurious. It’s in the prime location of Hyderabad and the room charges are very much affordable.

I did not stay in the hotel after seeing the situation of stinky and non- hiegene rooms.

Taste is not upto the mark and also parking place insufficient.Hygiene is also where it lags in wash area/room.

On line rates different, actual rates different. In on line rates breakfast included. On physical check in, breakfast not included with room tarrif. Washroom is not very clean.

It was the worst stay ever in my life and they keep on changing the price of room whenever they like .they will say one price at first (still the room is not worth for that price)and they increase the price when we come to vacate the room.please dont fall into this trap.

This was the worst buffet we ever had in our life. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE for midnight buffet, you will regret if you go. The food was not even properly available and they only had left overs of dinner buffet to serve. We informed the manager there to ask why is it like this, on which the manager said chalta. They took full payment for complete pathetic food and experience. Worthless place.

Haleem and Paya was superb, starters, main course, butter naan , Mutton Biryani and atlast desserts Gulab Jamun,Qubani ka meeta with Vanilla ice cream all were Excellent and Delicious, positive atmosphere, helpful staff, and brilliant service.

Best place for a buffet..

Dont recommend this hotel because1. Its facing highway road lot of vehicle sound in night you cant get sleep. Though I asked for other room they refused to give.2. Receptionist sees customers as theives.3. Lot of dust inside rooms.4. Lot of cockroaches inside rooms5. Breakfast is like idly and umpa always, no other varieties.

The pluses: 1. Hotel location is in the centre of the city. Parks and gardens at walking distance. Most tourist spots and good restaurants within 5 km.2. Courteous staff.The minuses:1. Breakfast was bad. We stayed for 8 days and the it was the almost the same thing everyday. Also service during breakfast was not good. Just one staff member even whey the entire restaurant was overcrowded.2. Room cleaning had to be requested, and was irregular.

This is one of the worst hotel ever. I had some experiences here.1) AC is not working properly. Even if it works you can not control the temperature with that worst remote.2) They have all the wifi routers but you can not connect to them. Even if you they say that some problem is with the internet and they will tell some random time to get it ok. I enquired about wifi with the management before booking the room. They said that it has 24hr wifi facilty. I stayed for 2 days. I never got wifi.3) Finally before checking in i called them and asked about check in time. They said checking in can be any time but check out should be 12pm. I checked in at 9 AM and they called me at 7:30 in the morning and asked me to check out urgently or they charge more even they have plenty of vacant rooms.I did not like their service too. I was not provided with drinking water atleast.

Hotel is situated in the heart of the city and is convinient. The reception staff are not friendlier and non co- perative. The room service desires a lot to be done.The breakfast is also worst and also is required to be improves in its standard,taste and no of items seved and they are not changing the menu daily ( We stayed for two nights).The reception staff also refused to issue any bill for our stay as there was no room service was called for/required (we were out of the hotel for most of the day for sightseeing). A zero payment bill could have been issued to confirm our stay but the reception staff refused to do the same.

Stayed for a weekend while participating in Hyderabad marathon. The hotel is bit old and can be seen that its wearing out from walls & room interiors. The hotel staff also need some refresher course on hotel management & providing customer oriented service. And more importantly the hotel is in dire need to clean up entirely and renovate itself immediately to stay in business! Since our marathon start venue was at walking distance from this hotel and other nearby hotels entirely booked, we stayed overnight with no choice left. Definitely not recommended to stay!!

The location of this Hotel is ideal. It is just opposite the secretariat building. The hotel restaurant is also great and offers varieties of cuisines. The staff is friendly. The room service prompt. Overall had a great stay.

If you are looking for hosting a party here... Its a big no... My brother hosted a birthday party for 50 ppl.. the food was worst and so the service... They Didnt Even bother to keep chilled water for drinking.. it was as if we boiled the water.. the reshmi kabab werent bone less and were completely raw from inside and burnt from outside...butter nans were like as if we were chewing erasers...

The receptionists dont have the basic etiquettes of how to respond and greet guests. They simply said no rooms are available asking me who confirm your booking as if I am managing their online bookings,later When I told them that I will talk to your manager out of anger they gave a room( how could noroom became a room in minutes). Though hotel looks somewhat ok from outside but Rooms are not good,locks broken ,beds not comfortable,no handle for bathroom door.They dont have services to print tickets ,no tourism info,cards not accepted only cash,etc.Management can definitely improve to make it a good place,start by planning a professional grooming for those unprofessional receptionist.

Very pathetic hotel. Surprised to see the rats inside the room. Cockroaches are common inmates.Arrogant front desk people and need lot of training on hotel service especially front desk interaction and behaviour.When I reached the front desk I have confirmed with the person that the room is clean including the bathroom. I did mention that the room may have some broken or not working things inside including the bathroom and he affirmed that everything is perfect and that they do not have any such rooms or they give the rooms in such condition.But as I suspected, the room is not clean, hair inside the bathroom, TV remote not working, leakage of water from the A/C and what not.I have checked into that hotel as most of the hotels I usually visit are full (sunday) and of no choice I had to check into this Anmol. It is definetely Anmol with the conditions I mentioned above.

1. At the time of check-in(morning 8AM) I was told that no rooms are available! and then after some time I was told that there is a room available but its not cleaned or ready and its going to take hours for the housekeeping staffs arrive at the hotel. Since I was in a hurry and was in a business trip so forced to get into the unready room.2. It was like a category 5 tornado just devastated the room and its was really dirty(seemed like not cleaned for days) and a complete mess. However I was assured that when I return from work itll be cleaned and dirty and so they did. 3. Poorly maintained rooms and toilets. Bathroom floor was oily and anyone can slip and get injured. The Shower Tap at the bathroom is broken. Broken Fan regulator switch. Set Top box for TV and power cord issue and hence no TV. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED for family or long stays. Only short occasional stays when traveling alone for business trips might make some sense if no other option is available. Few Pros:1. Free descent continental breakfast.2. Centrally Located at the heart of Hyderabad.

Need to speed up it took 1hr to bring me a cup of coffee.... un trained staff poor .
