Dont believe this company, all the fraud things are happen by the HR Rajeev and subramanyam. Mainly for Freshers they will take your 1L rupees under the name of the bond later they will play games, working culture is bad, working hrs are more, lot of work pressure also there, HR will change policys day by day. Salary cuttings are too high, hikes are not on time, work-life balance is too bad. My advice is to Freshers plz dont join and dont spoil your future. No parking facility for employees here, they will keep one bord that park at your own risk at out side. There is no cab facilities here, women security also less. My advice is to management that improve employee benefits dont cut the more money from employees pocket and improve the quality HR management system.

Theyll make you work for 18 hours a day sometimes, but hikes wont be given properly.HRhead Rajeev has good talent in ways of taking money from employees

Looks like no measures for the safety and security they provide to women.They dont even make sure that the women employee leaving late night is provided with safe transport facility or not even any secured traveler if not.No matter what rules and regulations government impose on Corporate companies towards women safety measures there as still companies like this who just dont give a damn for it.
