I have worked at operator level with 12 hours duty operated for 8 hours, consider normal duty hours and 4 hours over time but overtime will be single pay. Low salary packages, no work life balance, stressful ambience, security dictatorship, HR issues, politics, no on time of provident fund. still i dont understand why this company rating is 4.6

This company is worst company.a lot work pressures and forced for two mc . HR dipartament is very bad no sense to talk and they don’t solve problems and doing mentally torcher . Miss behave with employees and security member is more respecte and power than an employee
