My son had a great experience in prerana school. I have personally visited existing students house and took reviews from parents. Surprisingly all the reviews recommend the school as best choice. Teachers co-operation post COVID is appreciable. We have experienced personal care of each individual student. Thanks to Prerana woldorf school.

The year 2020 was one of the most challenging time especially for children. But we are blessed to be part of Prerana Waldorf School family. Our children are having normal days amidst the abnormal. We too are witnessing the warmth and reverence with our children. My younger childs class teacher has been very patient and with elder one the way curriculum has delivered with same enthusiasm and dedication is praiseworthy. We will never forget the support we are getting from the school. It is unbelievable to see many teachers working from school so children can see their classrooms and feel connected. There is morning circle, main lesson, language classed also made thoughtfully engaging, all artistic activities that school keeps uploading on social media is motivation for us and our children, all events and virtual celebration has been engaging for children and meaningful learning experience. My son studies here and he loves it, and so does his friends, i recommend it to everyone, i understand the slight singing or flutes are unimportant but they keep it for activities, so that they dont always do work and get stressed.

Experience with the school has been just ok, nothing good and definitely not great. They charge for games, sports and what not, while none of it has been available for my kid other than sand pit,and we are talking about grade 5! Lots of talk and hype,very little action, lots of reaction, wont take a complaint or concern, always put up a big enough resistance to show it is parents fault. Fees was increased even though T Gov had announced no increase and no refund was issued. Fees for the whole year is being charged at the regular levels while over the last 9 months there have been nothing other than virtual classes. A single teacher takes all subjects, progress is not great, kids lag way behind as compared to other schools. I would say a black spot on Waldorf name. Sloka I hear is a way better option.

It’s a great relief to have found Prerana Waldorf School for my daughter. She is happy going to school and being engaged in learning the subjects in a loving manner. She is now in grade 6 and seems to be well acquainted with the all that she learns each day both academically and creatively. She feels that her creativity is well understood by the teachers and feels motivated to express her creativity in her own way.

Amazing school that makes your child to go even when feeling under the weather...superbly talented and passionate teachers who can gel with the children well and get the best out of them. A parents dream school to bring the best out of their child. Very happy to have found such school in my vicinity.One concern is they dont have a parent feedback mechanism yet and hence no scope for further improvement is seen. We cant let a good institute become complacent in their approach as systematic continuous improvement is what will set them part always. They need to get parent feedback either thru questionnaire or email or via open house.

My child has progressed and seems to be doing extremely well. He is happy and speaks highly of his Teachers. I have found Teaching & Non Teaching staff very approachable and extremely helpful if and when I have needed to speak to them. Thank you for your fab input into my child.

My brother is studying in Prerana. The curriculum, the teaching ideology and teachers effort has been a great help in his holistic growth. The interaction with the teacher has been an active one. We are sure that he is in the right hands and we really feel blessed for choosing Prerana Waldorf for him.

Dear parents,Think twice before you put your child in this school. They dont really treat parents and child well. In one of the instances, my child was left behind in the reception intentionally when other children were taken on a field trip. We had other bad experiences too and when we asked them to refund the fee we paid after such worse experiences, they said they will file cyber crime case against us. Cyber crime for writing a review and asking our money back? First of all, why is there a fee apart from the regular tuition fee. It doesnt make any sense. Very bad. I had to change the school and put my son in the same class the following year. I wasted all the money on this school.

My Son has has been at Prerana from grade 3 to grade 8 and it has been the most enriching experience for him and for me as a parent too. I have studied in a run of the mill conventional school and when I see the way he learns and uses his mind and hands (so creatively) I am so happy that I am in a place where I can provide this kind of education for him. He started his CBSE books recently and I am very happy with the way the subjects and syllabus are covered (not for the sake of completing portion but actually living what they are learning). I think this is real education. Thankyou to Prerana, all the teachers and co parents!

Prerana Waldorf School, as the name suggests,looks inspiring. Located in a residential colony, close to Gachibowli main road,is convenient for many parents to join their children in this school. Have school buses,a small play ground/parking for their buses.

Would recommend it to kids who are artistic and dont want the burden of homework.Wouldnt recommend it to parents who want an everyday update of the childs activities in school, and want extra curricular activities. PTMs are held regularly but the points that parents emphasize on are not taken into consideration. For everything the answer is this is the teaching methodology that we follow. My lad was in Grade 1 and though we were initially excited about the No Homework concept, we quickly realized that the subjects/portion that was taught in school was not shared with us, inspite of us asking during the PTMs.No emphasis is given on improving the writing of the child and he/she is slapped/hit by the teachers. The fees is about 2lac ( including 1lac for admission and so called craft fees) . After paying this, my son was given broken crayons (something that costs 40/- in the market) to color with and when I bought it up to the teacher, she told us that we need to explain to the management why we need a new set of crayons.With these kind of experiences we have changed his school and is in better hands today. But the one year in Prerana was enough of an experience we had.

Kids enjoy activities in school. Doesnt want to miss a day in school. Have fun while learning as well with extracurricular activities and with friends, games, camping, etc. Which children love to participate. Started general CBSE school timings for class 6 from 815am to 215 pm from 2017. Good Workbooks for each subject.

We wanted admission for my son. They dont even respond to the mails. After collecting the documents, they didnt even come back to say that the admission was rejected.

My son studied for 2 years the school and teachers have no set standards nor methodologies to teach they completely ruined his basic foundation I have to readmit him to learn the basics. Teachers and administration are worst they branded a 5 years child to be aggressive and what not. It was traumatic for parent I admitted in the school thinking it would be be different from regular school but this was the worst choice not even iota of teaching of Waldorf was inculcated. They never gave good progress about the kid but gave all negative remarks. They are least bothered whether the child comes to school or not Totally disgusting.. Teacher are not upto standards at all they struggle to speak and write good English with parents and in the Diary.

My daughter studied for an year and half and she had a great time and good staff.. the curriculum and structure of the school of good for kids, if your looking for less pressurized school with more activities and fun going then this is good place but then why 4*becoz they lack of sports activity which we really wanted some physical work out at school other wise its a happy going school

My child blossomed into a beautiful and confident child after three years in this school.Hope I continue to stay in Hyderabad so that she can continue to study at Prerana!

My family located to India 1 year back after working for 5 years in USA. We were interested in a Waldorf school and Prerana waldorf school came as a blessing to us. Our children are studying in Grade 1 and 5. We were oriented about the curriculum at our first visit and it is exactly what we were looking for. The curriculum is designed such that it treats the child with respect and love. The teachers are very loving and trained in the waldorf system of teaching. They concentrate on the wholistic development on the child and not only the grades. They even have exchange students from various European countries which exposes the children to various cultures and also interact with students from other waldorf schools in the city.What I like the most is the teaching is organic where they work with their hands a lot .. be it painting, art, games, gardening. The parents are also included in various workshops which creates a great and loving environment..!Overall I am very happy and thankful and I feel lucky to be associated with the Prerana family !

My son went to Kindergarten here, its two years of complete waste of time. they do not have any solid curriculum, neither education nor physical activities. We never received any information on what was being taught/ done the whole year. We changed the city and my son could not catch up in first grade in other schools so after multiple assessments we had to readmit him in kindergarten. He is lagging by one year now.

A truly extraordinary Waldorf school started in 2001 emphasising on the human values of truth, beauty and goodness to encourage a sense of wonder and reverence for the world. The children are angels and the staff and management are committed sincerely to the physical, mental, social and spiritual well being of the child.

I totally agree with Mr Prakash ..I found the staff and the lady in charge of admission very disinterested ..such people only put the reputation of the school at stake..
