Service Center is good... But due to COVID-19 there is less staff available and weiting time is bit high

Completely in a situation where my charging port wasnt working(type c). I went there due to corona there was a token system. The guy outside was saying product was not available. But still I went inside to confirm, the product was there. The guy opened phn infront of me and did the work. Within 10 mins the work was done. I was soo happy. In mehidipatnam Samsung service centre they told cost would be 1800 but here it was 1050. Its a big place no need to worry about corona, there is atleast 3 ft distance between each.

I purchased Galaxy A31 mobile phone from online and i got very best discount from GrabOn. The delivery is also very fast with good package.

Staging simply that server down... They are not professional... Not providing even token number and not asking customer concern...I am suggesting that dont buy any product from samsung... Worst service..

Hey guysIts near to Ameerpet KLM take a Uturn enter in coming first left ,moving in slow for 1 mins on right youll find ,they provide sanitization and token system .

These people not at all works properly simply said mother board to be changed costs rs. 10500 but there is only battery problem which costs me rs. 750 outside

Waste service. They are told to me motherboard problem and the cost is 12500 rupees only. Than I go to normal service center he told me charge pin problem and problem also solved with in 7oo rupees only.

Worst experience dealing with this service center. They refused to replace my broken display because I bought the phone overseas (US). It would have been ok if they refused service outright but they initially took the phone and did nothing for 1 week. Only when we went back to ask for status, did they inform they havent ordered the part. Compared to this, chaitanyapuri service center had part in stock and immediately replaced the display in 2 hrs. Better go there for good service.

Very easy to locate. In the first floor of degree college. Good service and prompt service too. Pleasant atmosphere inside. Delivered after carrying out the services as promised. Very satisfactory.

Compulsory indian samsung mobile is necessary to visit this place. They wont serve who has samsung mobile bought in another country.

In this place not available on Samsung care... Avoid this location.. Go for some other locations

Pathetic Staff. Everybodys is in their own world like Zombieland. I told them I need to service my galaxy watch,They made me wait for 2hours after giving me a number and said we dont service wearables here. Such Disgusting ppl.

Many counters, but only 20 to 30 percent of them manned. Systems of queue is there but not followed by clients as there is no check by staff there. People get to talk to service personnel out of turns and they are so entertained also, no supervisory staff to maintain discipline between customers and staff, too much waiting time even when the waiting crowd is less., the leader board is not well maintened or operated, was infd that diagnosis takes one full day, so pl come next day, thereafter if a repair is reqd then it would take 3 days as huge back log of repairs ( about 300+) was pending. In short, a negetive, dont care attitude prevailing overPlace is neat and clean with good furnitures and seating facilities, but no public toilet convinience was available or visibly marked.

In this pandemic situation they are serving 40 tokens per day and tokens are given in advance. So from.tofay for next 4 days tokens are done

Actual timings on website of samsung services centers are 10am to 8pm. But when you visit at 6:45pm they will say its Closing time. Come tommorrow morning.

Pretty organised and quick service. They have about 10 counters to serve customers queries. Waiting area is neatly maintained.

This listing should have been for Samsung mobile service center but the Google listing shows that for washing machines and refrigerator only. And this is a private service center and not Samsung contrary to the title claim. Google should review this listing and take corrective actions asap.

Hi team,Please update the timings as I have been visiting the store 8pm but they were unable to process the request as the store requests are taken only untill 7pm and gives delivery till 8pm.Krishna Reddy the accountant was very patient and has helped me understand but Manager please change the timings.

Very responsible customer service and empathetic staff but the product for delivery may be delayEven if they say itll be on time .....

Worst system....Proper token system not there...need to waite much time

Management is not good. They is no proper guidance for the solution. Its somehow like useless service center which is taken by B2X services (worst service I have experienced)

They behave as if they are working in government office out of 10 counters only two working in service it took 3 hours of my time.

Such bad response , no body picks the call . After 20 day of giving the tab and complaint. they say that they didnt update the given complaint and tab. Their reply is to wait as if we are asking to get things done . 10 counters are available here and hardly 2-3 are available to reach the customer.

I visited this service center for replacing DISPLAY. For handing over phone, I took one hour. What they said is your DISPLAY will be replaced within 4 or 5 days, but they took 6 days.

Best service u can get here compared to Samsung service centre beside of RS brothers shopping mall lane, with reasonable price and well trained technicians and also there way of explaining the problem and interaction with the customers is very good 💛

Worst experience, gave my note 8 for screen replacement, it is almost 1 months still they havent figured out what is the exact issue .Overall staff are not even bothering how many time customer visit samsung centre.Rating: 0

Samsung s8 not yet solve the issue since 5 days

No proper communication with customer. I told microphone is not working and they wrote in the work order receiver is not working. I am wondering if both are one at the same. I am waiting for the repair to complete. Hoping that they fix the microphone.
