Today it was my 2nd time visiting, first time i went for my Galaxy buds Pro earbuds, which was got repaired by 15 minutes.And today i went for my samsung galaxy m51 mobile which wasnt charging.The staffs are well qualified & good behaviour.My phone got repaired in very good condition within 2 hrs.Service was very good.Im fully satisfied 😊

When I visited the entire staff behave very rudely and ask me to give the original printed invoice given at the time of delivery.They are not ready to accept invoice given by Amazon on email. or downloadable from order history, called customer care and they wasted time in the tough situation in covid.Very harsh experience, decided never buy anything from Samsung

I have a very good experience with the staff RATNA ELECTRONICS.THEY SOLVED MY PROBLEM IMMEFIATELY WITH OUT COSTI ENQUIRED REPAIRING OF SAMSUNG S9 IN OTHER PLACES AND THEY TOLD FOR REPLACING OF VOICE SPEAKER FOR LOW VOICE AND TOLD COST Rs 2,500/- . Where as in RATNA ELECTRONICS THEY CLEANED VOICE SPEAKER INFRONT OF ME AND GAVE IT TO ME AND I CHECKED IT, IT REALLY GIVING GOOD VOICE TO MEONCE AGAIN I WILL THANK THE RATNA ELECTRONICS IN THIS MATTER

Absolutely terrible service centre, the worst experience I have ever with Samsung not a single employee knows English they lack basic communication skills even in Hindi not to mention they have no understanding of the process that is to be done. Also every single customer there is creating a huge ruckus, every customer is disgruntled but who can you blame the employees are terrible at their job. Samsung being one of the leading mobile companies in the world and and making the best smartphones in the world does not live up to the expectations set by the product in customer service. I can only hope for this to change and for the company to improve upon these essential services.

I went to show my mobile as it was not charging. The executive inspected my mobile and told it will cost arround 2k for repair. While inspection he cleaned the socket and I saw that the charging symbol appeared. So I just took the mobile and came home and did charging. Its been a week and mobile is working fine.

Staff doesnt seem knowledgeable and couldnt diagnose problems - Only talked about replacing one component at time till phone is fixed. Place isnt well organised and gives feeling of local service centre and not official Samsung service centre.
Employees over there are Kam Choor, they will try to skip the official process and go for the easy method.Be careful and always ask for Job Sheet if ur product is under warranty or not.

This is a Samsung service center. It has all modern amenities. It has a coupon system to address its customers. There is a very big waiting area with entertainment as there s TVs. People are customer friendly and the service is really good and fast. They have very big parking area as well.

Today 03rd Jun 2020 it was a very bad experience visiting this Samsung Mobile service center as I visited for my Samsung galaxy M10 display got broken and I want to get repair but the security who was standing at the entry of service center was not professional and he was too rude . Dont know how to talk with customers. He just first ignored my query and later just turned with the answer that display would cost around 4000 to 5000 approx. As the original price of phone is itself 7000 why we spend half of the amount to get repaired. This is totally a bad service and spoiling the name of brand Samsung. I request the concern authority to properly train their staff how to handle customer. Today you have lost one of ur loyal customer. I would not buy any product of Samsung and also advise my family and relatives not to purchase if this is what you call after sale service. At the end I have to go to private service provider to get repair my mobile with second quality display. It was a night mare for me. Once for all good bye.

One of the worst experience I have faced in the service center. No proper response from Center Head Mr Satyanarayana Chary, he is arrogant and asks to complaint and he doesnt bother for any complaint. No proper token Management. No timings board displayed works as per their wish.

Today I visited Samsung services center I meet Mr Sathyanara ,this is the worst experienced I had , he is giving explanation you kid put phone mouth thats the reason youre phone is not working you need to pay money to repair I have 7 year old son know a days kids are very talented more than us this is funniest answer I got my life, when we are buying phone they will tell we have 1 year free service , when we visiting service center they will try to escape to give free service and they thief customers money , they are very rude to customers what every you want to do it do it we wont care this kind of worst experience we are getting with Samsung services center.

Useless staff. Samsung gave me the number of this place and asked me to speak to Satyanarayana. He ignored my messages and calls and refuses to reply. So I called the land line. They advised me that it will cost RS 2,000 to replace the battery on my Galaxy S6.How is that possible?Samsung quoted me RS 729 for the battery, these people said RS 400 for labour & 18% GST. That should equal = RS 1,332.This shop is scamming people.

For which, I had put the repair task on hold for a while.Next, one of my tech savvy friend had inspected the device and found a problem with Charging IC and solved the problem.Now, heres the tragedy by the service centre. I can say a clear fraud..#RatnaElecronics had replaced my working condition Screen with a defective one, as they were in a perception that any customer wouldnt repair the mobile with the complaint of mother board.For this initial check up of mobile, service centre charged me ₹ 230 for robbing away my screen.My personal opinion would be to get the phone repaired at any road side technician in front of your eyes for satisfaction rather than such fraudsters.Regards.

Taken my Note 8 to replace battery and charging pin under warranty. Worst service. Staff are Half knowledge fellows, they don’t know how to de assemble the mobile but try to do it and pass down to others after doing half. No care taken yet all while handling parts. Not yet all deliver the product as promised. Keep on tells what for 1 more hour. And frighten you by telling back glass may crack while opening the mobile. How the hell back glass cracks if you open it in authorised service centre with care by experts. Whom to trust if it happens in authorised centres. Don’t ever dare to take your expensive mobile to this centre. I had very bad experience with my note 8. Avoid it at any cost.

Some of computers operators cheating public for money purpose they not giving service Bill, in case customer is ask the bill they say its take more over time. One of the old person they cheated am beside with me. And more over inside technical staff doing a good job.
