I have consulted Doctor in the month of March 2021 with throat discomfort. I have gone through Endoscopy in which it was diagnosed as GERD. Under Doctors treatment for a period of 6months now I am totally satisfied with my GERD problem which got completely cured with medicine and a proper diet. The plus point compare to other Doctors is that along with medicine Doctor also provides Diet plan and a proper guidance. Overall the whole staff are cooperative and responsible.

You can share your concern without hesitation.* Hopefully your issues may get resolved* Ample space and excellent arrangement for patients seating.Cons / Feedback* Consultation fee is very High. I request management to reduce the fee. Very first one time registration fee is like overburden on patient.* Request to do something with mosquitoes in seating area outside the room and within hospital premises.* Go for any tests intelligently and with 2nd doctor opinion as they insist tests one after the other like Ultrasonic scan, then Blood tests and then Endoscopy and so on...* As whole area is messed with footwear, request to arrange a chappal stand.

I scheduled an appointment through just dial for this clinic as no one have attended the phone. When I went to clinic. Admin staff asked.me to go and check with just dial and they are.not responsible for just dial appointments. Is it a patient responsibility to check with just dial? And thye do not have concern even. So rating zero

Dr Srinivas rao is like a God to me .. No other words are necessary to explain. He saved my life.

Time management is big concernIts take minimum 2hrs for each person.Endoscopy they will ask you to come next day by 7... But technician and doctor will be not on time ...Time is important for everyone .. if time is managed in better way it would be helpful.

I come here to visit Dr. Srinivas Rao who is a gastroenterologist. The place is also clean and tidy. Addition to this blood samples are also collected here. Incase of endoscopy is required to get the issue fixed then the doctor does it here as well. The endoscopy is done during the morning hours and checkup is done during evening hours. The doctor is very friendly and ensures to hear the patient before making any decisions.

Dr Srinivas is a reputed doctor who works in Yashoda hospitals, Secunderabad and is one of the most experienced gastroenterologists I have met. As a this is a private clinic, I can understand that he cannot undertake emergency cases. Also for a doctor, who works both morning and evening, it is important to get some rest so I cant blame them for trying to close the clinic on time, otherwise patients never come in the given working hours and think that a doctor should wait for them.

Worst clinic and worst gastroenterologist I have seen. Dr. Srinivas diagnosed me of having IBS, but no medications were prescribed and instead told me it is normal. This worst clinic does not accept emergency cases saying time is over. Please refrain from visiting this clinic and instead consult Dr. Bhanumathi from Apollo Clinic in AS Rao nagar
