Worst Hospital. Do not waste your time.Getting doctors appointment is very difficult. None of their numbers will work during appointment time.Very Poor.Do not encourage such private hospitals.I gave one star because it will not allow to post until u select one.

Hospital staff refusing to give covisheild or covaccin until and unless there are atleast 10 people and putting our lives in danger. There was no social distance maintained in the hospital and stuff couldnt careless. A few nurses were also spotted without the mask. The health department should take notice of this.

Hospital staff service is very poor. I am trying to take an appointment from 20 days still I didnt get it.Receptionist told me to call for appointment at 10 am to 11 am at that time hospital all 3 number are busy and I make 40 to 50 call in a day and staff disconnecting call when after receiving it...So how can public take appointment???I need Dr.RK Rao appointment but Still I didnt get any appointments@ Hospital Management Kindly look into it and do the needful ASAP.

Heard Dr is very good. Tried for appointment but as mentioned below in many reviews either the appointments are closed or you wont get connected.Staff gives a timeline of booking appointment between 12.30pm.to 1.30 pm but again u wil not be the lucky person.In case if you walk-in directly then the receptionist got those super kingly powers to shout n yell at you.Its like why the hell are you here without appointment. Zero maintenance and service provided by the hospital. Vaccination slots are available in cowin app and we have booked through the same. But the hospital staff says that they can not vaccinate due to less number for Vaccination. Such a worst response

We went to the hospital on 30/08/2021 at 11 pm. The patient is a senior citizen and we were treated so badly. The hospital staff was so unresponsive and the doctor on duty behaved very unprofessionally. She didn’t bother to even ask us what the issue was. Just told us to follow protocol. Being a doctor she could’ve atleast checked the patient or atleast asked the attendant what the emergency was. We are standing in the emergency room and she’s asking us to first follow protocol and admit the patient . She didnt even meet the patient. Very bad experience. I would warn anybody going there. Please don’t go there.

Been there for orthopedic consultation with Dr RK Rao, doctor is good but the hospital is a mess in an unorganised way, ill-mannered staff, complete mismanagement. There is nothing like an appointment, insufficient space for patients and attenders.

A big thanks to the Billing department for helping me with a old query. Offering a help as such with a prompt response shows the professional attitude of the Hospital staff. Also, keeping in mind the Covid-19 protocols, they avoided my visit to the hospital unnecessarily and offered a solution to my requirement through digital medium. Truly appreciate it. My Father was treated at Shalini Hospital for multiple health aspects. Dr Pratyusha MD Physician was handling his case. The manner in which treatment was given was progressively varied as per response. This reflects complete involvement of the Doctor and the entire staff which is commendable.

Shalini Hospital delivers exactly what they promise. I prefer this place for their no-fuss attitude. The doctors, nurses, support staff are very cordial and helpful. They dont burden patients with unnecessary medical tests and medicines. I appreciate the way, they took care of my father in 2017 when he met with an accident. Its a trustworthy place. However, the connectivity should be improved. Most of the time their phones are not available.

The staff of Dr Radha Krishnan Rao is pathetic. Daily the appointment time begins at 10 AM. Yet nobody attends the call, had to call 100 times to book appointment. Coz of Dr Radha sir expertise we are forced to visit hospital. Otherwise staff lacks basic ethics. Even during the patient visit someone can easily notice how the numbers are manipulated by the staff available there. Radha sir kindly look in to this and provide the much needed feedback to your staff to perform their duties in rightful manner.

I visit dr Ajay Reddy, though the doctor is very good, polite attentive and really good at what he does.The hospital staff are horrible never respond properly, very casual behavior never attend phone calls, there is a reception just for name sake of no use, when we walk in for appointment they give a phone number which they never pick up

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen especially doctor T Pavani Reddy today she cleared informed that RT PCR report is not required for my sister-in-law for her miscarriage about her pregnancy cleanup, after paying the admission fees she goes to the patient and says that RT PCR is mandate and she was commanding the patient to pay the bill for COVID test as well.This is really absurd and illegal kind of politics are being played by these hospital doctors, I will definitely gonna take this issue to the media its not only me 90% of the patients are suffering with their dirty politics and drity games./And they finally pushed out the patient from the hospital when I said that am gonna highlight the incident.. this is what happened with us in the hospital since 5AM in the morning. By knowing this fact they called up the police to solve the matter and they took the undertaking letter from my side am taking the discharge. This is very disheartening and very painful that I had to go through this and we suffered a lot due to the half treatment given to the patient..

My Uncle was admitted for post covid treatment of lung infection in ICU @ Shalini hospital barkatpura for a week in this time we have got good treatment by the help of doctorsDr .Prathyusha and Dr.srikanthBoth were explaining the day to day the progress of patient status twice a day.. And were very coperative & with patience they have done the treatment..We are statisfied with treatment @Shalini HospitalICU caring was good 👍I would recommend this hospital to others...Thank you

My experience is good doctors are good very nicely expelling problem I’m giving 5 star because of doctors only nurses service is good I have no complaints about treatment. TqI have complain of billing department when operation going on billing parson told you have to pay advance payment already given insurance details. that is not right time to told on operation you can told before or after I hope Management can maintain dignity.

Terrible hospital and i would recommend none of us take our loved ones over there. We had admitted my Dad who developed mild Covid symptos and because of the irrelevant and indiscriminate treatment here he has developed other complications and they blame everything on COVID. They do not issue the bills properly and because of their fault we are having issues getting the reimbursements from Insurance.TO CONCLUDE PLEASE AVAOID TAKING ANY OF YOUR LOVED ONES TO SHALINI HOSPITAL, BARKATPURA.

Reminds me of a govt hospital, very rude and irresponsive staff especially reception and billing department and doctors (duty doctor causality) have 0 concern towards patients totally money minded people I went to get my father admitted they were discussing regarding the charges and bill for half n hour bt not even a word regarding the treatment, when asked repeatedly sent to casuality doctor where he seemed not interested even to speak with us, we had to search for another hospital. Really horrible experience

My mother in law was admitted in Shalini due to Respiratory failure. The ICU staff took great care of her. The staff is very efficient. I would recommend this hospital.

Had a worst experience with booking appointments. To get a check up here you need an appointment, which is acceptable. But... When you call the desk to book an appointment, they never pick the call.... Even if they happen to answer it, they just put you on hold for hours and hours. And the worst thing is you can only book an appointment from 10am to 11am. In this span on an hour, you at least have to call 50times just to get an appointment. Even if you manage to speak to a personnel to book an appointment, he will simply put you call on hold and keep you hanging. By now you must be thinking why cant we just go to the hospital physically and book an appointment at the reception, well you cant fo that either. The only way to book an appointment is to call their customer number.

Worst hospital.They say without RTPCR test they admit a patient , but they admitted and after four days they gave us the RTPCR test , no invoices fir RTPCR, get admitted in this hospital only if u have insurance or else they will loot you for any kind of illness even for headache,, billing staff and manager are worst hired cheap and uneducated persons.they act like gundas when u ask fir any explanation.

Worst experience at Shalini Hospitals when i and my wife visited Dr. Balamba . Giving one star as there is no option .This doctor has a very stubborn attitude and she was not ready to listen to our problem at all . She is only assuming what she has to but doesnt want to listen to our problem at all . She does not have any patience to listen to us or I feel she does not want us to talk .All my life I have visited several doctors for several problems but i have not seen such a bad attitude from any doctor . ( As Dr. Balamba was elderly and experienced lady I kept my cool and dint want to argue at all .Its my second visit and a pure waste of time and money . I do not want any other person to face the same problem .

Consulted Dr Ajay Reddy twice.. Excellent treatment!! No unnecessary prolonged medications. Suggests investigations only if necessary. He really has the patience to listen n gives you time. Very friendly and very concerned. Always greets you with a smile!!

Hate this hospital please don’t go to this hospital they gave horrible blood clot kind of injections to by grandfather. Now he is no more 😭☹️😢. They didn’t even do body scan when he went to hospital until 16 days they said phenomena then after 16th day they did stomach scan and found out there is some tumor which they have to find in first day. After spending 1 lakh per day for 18 days he is no more. And when he is dead there are visible wounds of injection on his hands and nose have black mark. I suggest please do not go to this hospital.

Duty Doctor at ER Dr. Renuka -Unprofessional and rude behaviour towards the patient and caregiver.Has difficulty in responding and giving decent assurances regarding the treatment, also seemed too busy attending to personal issues rather than dealing with the emergency.

I consult the doctor Dr radhakrishna rao for Rs 800/- he suggested for surgery when I asked for surgery cost he tells to staff for further information when I asked for cost of surgery he asking pay again 300/- for doctor for telling cost of surgery

The people at reception are not cooperative and very arrogant and review visit makes your life horrible. People at reception do not listen to your words. Reception do not answer the phone. Even if they answer their replies are equally adamant and makes you feel as a second graded citizen before these elite. I request the management of Shalini Hospitals to review the present review procedure and request to make it bit simplified. Worst Hospital. I suggest not to visit.

Its a good hospital with staff very supportive and pretty new hospital. Its a large huge building with many floors and so many different departments are there. The environment is also good, neat and clean. Overall its a good hospital.

5 stars for doctors, they are professional and easy. The problem is with nursing staff in casualty ward. Irresponsible and too slow.Calls from ICU to get medicines is strange. Theres long process to get medicines , from ICU to pharmacy to ground floor and again to pharmacy to ICU. Bit long. Theres no separate toilets. to poor Combined toilets plus no butt shower/jugs in toilet. We are paying hefty amount , but no separate toilets for men and women, which is ugly and strange.

I would have preferred to give 0 stars but there was no option, this is the worst hospital I have visited, I had to take an appointment one week before which I got after calling them a little over 200 times. Finally after I felt that it was an achievement to get the appointment, the day of the appointment I arrived at 11 AM which was my appointment time and the current time is 3.30 PM and I am still waiting to get my slot, the staff is careless they dont even have the courtesy to inform the patients how long it will take there answer is we dont know how long each patient will take so keep waiting. WORST RECEPTION DESK AND WORST MANAGEMENT. PLEASE AVOID VISITING SUCH PLACES, I FEEL EVEN MORE SICK AFTER VISITING THIS PLACE THAN BEFORE!!!!

Worst staff mainly at reception. They will not answer Phone calls. Review visit option is for name sake. They will show you hell to get appointment. Surprisingly only 5 review tokens per day. Reception will ask you to come by 9 AM to get the token. It all depends on your luck after coming to hospital.

Shalini hospital receptionists, in my case, they have helped me to book the appointment with Dr Balamba. It is very difficult to get Mams appointment but as I had emergency, the receptionist requested the doctor and I was seen on that day itself. But as there will be huge crowd for the doctor we have to wait for atheist 1 hour but I felt it is worth waiting because of Dr. Balambas experience.

Doctor check patient for 20 seconds and charge Rs 500. Doctor full of attitude. Unnecessary test taken. For my Kid they identified dengue but Government people when came to my home they told it is just suspect not actual Dengue.
