Opening time on the site is 9am. Same was confirmed when we called and checked a day earlier. And then we got there at 9.15am only to be told by the security that no one comes before 10am.

Went for a physiotherapy session to this hospital. The receptionist took an appointment for Physiotherapist even after realising that the doctor isnt available on that day. Also she asked if this was the first time you are visiting the doctor and charged 100RS for registration, but the question was supposed to be if it was the first time you were visiting the hospital. After 10 minutes on enquiring she said that the doctor isnt available today and tomorrow aswell!! As refund apparently isnt possible, she forced me to reschedule the appointment. Disgusting to see that they are doing whatever they can do to secure a patients money.

I had good experience at this clinic, Doctors ( Gynaecology) are very professional, had taken my wife multiple times to this Clinic and I am very positive about this clinic. Recommend this clinic

Recently they conducted a vaccination drive in our colony. The doctors and supporting staff are very cooperative and interacted well. They deserve 5 stars. Thanks to Dr. Samata for explaining everything related to paediatric. Highly recommended.

We have been to the wellness center for our sons vaccination. The Wellness center staff and Dr. Nizam were very friendly and warm to us. This place was recommended to us by our relatives, I must say we are happy that we made the right decision even though we had to travel all the way from Balanagar. The process was fast and we were in and out of the place very quickly as it is much needed in these COVID days.

My family visited this clinic for vaccines. We approached the consultant doctor Dr.Samatha Reddy, Pediatrician.She was explained clearly about the vaccination and also use of it.Initially im scared wether kids deny to take injection.but Dr.samatha was very friendly towards children and was given the injection without any pain to child.I prefer her as my family doctor.

Visited this hospital, Dr. Praveen Verma, very pathetic experience. I went today to show the diagnostic reports the he prescribed yesterday, the hospital staff and the Dr. insisted for the consultation fee for to see the reports that they prescribed. I asked them why do they charge to see the reports that they prescribed a day back, the Dr. simply denied to look at the reports and he left the hospital premise, very un professional. Will never recommend this hospital and the doctor to anyone. want to give 0 starts but there was no such option to select.

Consultation fee is very high. Doctor said a test needs to be done which was unrelated to the complaint that we went with. After the test was done, we were taken to reception where they asked us to pay Rs.2500 for the test. We were not told about the cost of the test that was done, so I denied paying for it. The prescription for the complaint that we went with was a simple paracetamol. I will never visit this hospital again!!

Hi People please don’t go to Pranam. I had a terrible experience few days back. I have been taking physiotherapy for my cervical pain from Dr. Smaranika Das, she wasn’t available on Saturday and she had asked another lady, Dr. Vijaylakshmi to do my physio... this lady is quiet inexperienced and has a horrible attitude. She was doing my Tens Therapy where she placed electrodes on the affected parts and switched on the machine and left me alone for good twenty minutes . Meanwhile one electrode on my back and one on the arm stopped working. Out of 6 electrodes 2 stopped working so when she returned I told her certain electrodes are not working. She checked the wires ... they were not connected properly so she fixed them and placed them again on my arm and back. God knows what she did , the moment she switched on the machine again I got an electrical shock of very high intensity on my arm and I screamed.She switched off the machine to check and switched it on again, this time the shock intensity was higher and I got a shock through all the 6 electrodes placed on my body. It was like getting a shock after touching a naked wire, I was shaking and had to shout and tell her to switch off the machine. I had a metallic taste in my mouth and my hands, legs, back and jaw were numb and pretty shaky .After the incident this lady had the audacity to shrug it off and say I think the machine is faulty and nothing will happen. Instead of giving me first aid or checking on me she started arguing with me when I told her that I don’t want any therapy from her and want to speak to Dr. Smarnika Das. After speaking to Dr. Smarnika for 20 minutes they checked my BP which was high ... 140/100... ( I don’t have a BP problem at all) . She didn’t inform any senior doctor. I called my husband and then some Dr. Niranjana from the ground floor came to check on me. They made me wait for half an hour after checking my BP which had come down to 125/95 and then let me go. I was pretty shaken by this experience. Dr. Smarnika who was showing all the concern over the phone hasn’t called back to check on me even once after the incident. Dr. Vijayalakshmi didn’t even apologise for her rude behaviour and unprofessional attitude. What scares me the most is what would have happened if I had got the shock in those 20 minutes when I was left unattended and the door was closed. I had taken a package for 15 sessions which I am going to discontinue from today ...So please think twice before you go there.

Went for Physiotherepy. Dr Mrs. S. Das is very good. But the problem with the management/hospital is , they have made it a business center. They charge consultation fees for Physiotherapy as well and then for the actual physiotherapy. Moreover, fees are too high. Its a highly commercialized hospital and no human touch. Unless it is un-avoidable, wont recommend anyone here at all . We can google and find out other good hospitals as well.

Doctors are never on time but the reception is only too eager to bill it even before doctor articles clearly admi tung that there is no process for refund. Chandanagar branch is even worse . No privacy, multiple doctors sharing same room no place for patients to sit.

This is a medium size clinic with consultant doctors. You can visit them for ENT, Eye, Dental and other normal issues. They attend to you quickly. We visit this clinic whenever needed. Of course, if you need some specialty medical care, you should try other places.

Too expensive for that treatment. I would prefer going to citizen or any other big hospital.

Dr without proper analysis ask for costly test of 2700 by Dr Praveen Gupta.Please judge yourself before doing any test, can wait for a day and then go for test.Multiple time from Pranam drs recomedded test and always negative. Happy to be nagetive result hospital happy to earn more money.Even their test charges are a bit higher

I had been to Nallagandla branch for my pregnancy. The treatment given by Dr,Nidhi Nair was pathetic and she is very unprofessional. She is very moody and spreads negativity. Being a women and being a Gynec she should be polite and humble with pregnant ladies as pregnancy is something every women should embrace. Instead she was ruthless and in-senstive in every appointment and finally i had to stop consulting her at one point of time. she doesnt let you to ask questions or respond properly and everything depends on her mood. she was kind only once among 5 consultations and rest was like a nightmare for me and for my husband.

I came to hospital 3 months back for a physician that time my issue was no resolved. However I came now for eye clinic for which they consider me as a second visit and did not give me file even, but fee is same. Worst hospital with worst staff. Especially front desk staff literally treat patients as labours. High fees...

Dont know how values are changing when i call to pranaam wellness reception and asked for physiotherapist vijay consultation they said he there and charged for consultation but when i went to consultation there is some one called smarnika das and she said vijay not available i am seeing all his cases as a client i have every right to choose my doctor and this is pure cheating from both physio and reception side i dont think people need to get this down for patients

Thoroughly satisfied with pediatrician. The doctor was very patient and explained very well. Very few medicines. Dr. Pradeep Singh really makes ur job as a parent very easy. Highly recommend.

Worst hospital and worst rules, its a Money making institute.. I have taken my kid for this hospital 6 months ago due to cold and cough. Doc suggested some syrups but not completely cured.. than i took another hospital where it almost cured..Again in this month i took my kid to Pranaam hospital where i did the mistake.. last week saturday was consulted.. he gave some medicine for asked to use for 3 days and also asked to review again after 5 days.. when i went yesterday for review, hospital staff is asking to pay consultation fees again.. they said 5 days completed u need to pay the fees again.. the day which u consulted also be counted.. how can be cpnsultation date will be counted and if 5 days medicine given then u are already decided to make money on next visit from the public..

Glad to have such a clinic nearby. I had an emergency visit to the eye clinic, where Dr. Srinivas treated my condition with thorough care and expertise. I am extremely happy to place the care of my vision in this blessed and great hands. I dont think I will ever have to go all the way to LV Prasad Hospital for my condition. I booked an slot for 5:45 PM online though their website and once I reached there, came to know that doctor sits only 5:30 PM. Moreover, they didnt have any details about my booking.
