Surgery went very well and staff are very care taking and attentive. Always been my side. I had 3-4 complications which were rectified all at once in one surgery handled very professionally . Didnt even feel like I had a surgery everything went very smooth and was scheduled properly. Rooms are always clean with proper Facilities . Doctor, jr doctor were always reachable visited me frequently. Even manager was so empathetic. Overall I personally recommend this hospital for people suffering with nasal issue.

I dont recommend this doctor at all as he misdiagnosed me the first day I went to him.. He didnt use the proper instrument to check inside my ear on the first day of visit as the time was around 9pm which is the time they usually close the clinic and diagnosed my pain as TMJ dysfunction with some wax in my ear and gave me the medications... I visited him after 5 days as the pain was not reduced and at 2nd visit he used the instrument to check in my ear and recommended ear wash and gave me the medications again... I took the medications given to me and after the completion of the prescribed course again I had the more severe symptoms now for which I consulted him again and he asked me to pay the consultation again... Why should I pay it again when I dont see any positive results from his treatment?? I nearly spent 2000 at his clinic and had no satisfaction... I dont recommend because it is just watse of money and time...

Felt sad for visiting hospital for sinus compliant, doctor referred for CT PNS and completed endoscopy with expensive price 3600/- through assistant doctor. After getting reports, assistant doctor only given medical prescription and referred for surgery. Through medication from some other ENT hospital, i got more improvement in my health.Kindly Dont suggest surgery for every patient.

Don’t go by reviews.. they are all fake.. unnecessary tests.. and overpriced and not covered by insurance. They told 2.4 lakhs for sinus operation for my mother and additional post operation expenses. I got it done for 1.1 lakhs in AIG with 5 star accommodation and 90% covered by insurance. Don’t trust this hospital.

I was asked by the staff to give a 5 star review on my first visit. The person stood right next to me and made sure I did. Might be the reason for the high rating.However, heres my honest review.Overall satisfactory visit. Less waiting time, prescribed treatement worked well.However, its very pricey. Even a simple treatement would cost you atleast 2k.On the first visit, youll be asked to pay for probing the ear and cleaning. ( This would cost you somewhere around 2200 excluding the consultation charges)On each subsequent visit, you might be asked again to pay for probing and cleaning, depending on the doctors judgement.Although I was treated well, I didnt feel the expenditure was worth the experience.

Bitter experience with consultation. So called, big doctor consultation is just to recommend list of further investigation, costs so much. Doctor does not inspect patient problem. Consultation fee paid unnecessarily. Have seen other ENT doctors inspect patients. Better look for better ENT specialist.

Very worst hosp ever i have seen.money minded.Went for foreign body removal,thats actually located on superficial surface of my tongue.for that they sugested unnecessary tests(DL).In op file she has written that foreign body on throat even after saying its on surface of the tongue.she has not even used tongue depressor to check my oral cavity.As Im Doctor by profession, i used my forceps to remove the foreign body.yup that has worked well.i wasted my 550rps for consultation 😕.

First of all need to understand patients care is just like any other business. Money making has to be primary and with prime location like Kukatpally do not expect to be cheap and with the chief doctor holding multiple degrees from US, can never be cheapest. I am giving this clarity because some comments I have read stating that they are money minded, of course they need to be, to sustain in business. One need to be worried or give negative comments like, even after spending money if you are not getting proper care. Need to understand one thing. Doctors who are US return, no matter how much ever degrees they possess, they follow US standard procedures here and so we are finding it costlier. For instance, in my case I got an insect in my ear and it was out by then but later after 3 days developed some redness and pain so I visited here. A normal Indian doctor unlike US return would visually examine to see for any foreign body and just prescribe antibiotics thats it but a US return would go for endoscopy even after visually examining the ear just to be double sure and this is what happened in my case. Certain things comes out of experience and certain, out of exposure and both are unique in their own ways. If you are looking for service and also good patient care and also to be cheap or affordable, you cannot find it in Hyderabad or at least not in Kukatpally. I could see a lot of patients and the doctor to be completely busy. I dont think so patients are moved by our comments here. Anyways I spent 2K just for one insect going in and out of my ear for 2 seconds.

Hello everyone, I went there with ear wetting problem. First and foremost thing is - you will be asked to go for endoscopy followed by ear cleansing. Then you will get medicine of high price which you don’t get outside so you are forced to buy in their pharmacy. In spite of following all these, I did not see improvement after 2 weeks. I visited twice and underwent ear cleansing in every visit. Then, I visited a doctor nearby my apartment. He told it got fungus the antibiotics do not work. I spent ~3000 and 2 weeks without any benefit.The other doctor also did endoscopy and ear cleansing all with just consultation fee of Rs 500, where the first doctor charged for every single service in the name of multiple speciality.Coming to the medication, the 2nd doctor just gave 5 days course worth 200/- the fungus got cured completely.So, microcare wants only repeated visit of their patients without getting cured playing with patients health. A BIG LESSON LEARNED.

I feel the reviews where all from older doctor.- I visited last week for an ulcer .. I clearly mentioned that i am suffering from 6 months . The doctor didn’t even observe closely - neither did he touch the tongue. He just put a torch from far away and asked to check for 1 week after applying an ointment.I visited a doctor before him and another doctor after visiting him both of them observed tongue carefully, pressed the ulcer area to touch and feel how deep the pain was.Both the docs recommended immediate biopsy and concluded with same reports that there was a “ High grade dysplasia”Thankfully I didn’t wait for 1 week.I encourage other visitors to take a 2nd opinion always.
