Recently had came to a situation where I felt it could be the worst one till now but the grace of almighty Allah all goes well when we reached Indo-US Hospital.During this worst pandemic situation most of the medical institutes in the city are refusing to admit patients irrespective of illness /Age severity but Indo-US hospital has very openly welcomed us without any pre-conditions and this made difference from other Hospitals in the City.Under the guidance of Dr Fazil Shareef my mother get treated well over a long week in Indo-US Hospital, during this critical time and condition all staff members were very supportive/attentive/Caring which made patient feels like second home and had kept very positive ambience throughout the treatment tenure.Alhamdulillahs, by grace of almighty my mother has been back home and expressed soo much happiness towards Dr Fazil Shareef they way she get treated in friendly manner.Thank you soo much to Dr Fazil Shareef for making things possible for us which were not easy for general public unless and until if not holding any higher posts in corporate or political domain.

My mother fractured her femur and was brought to indo us hospital was promptly operated by the Orthopedician Dr Jalal and her sugar levels and infection were taken care of by Dr Fazil and the anaesthetist Dr Moiz took great care and gave her all the pain killers she needed,overall the stay in hospital was excellent ,i recommend people to visit his hospital and feel at home,charges are also less compared to other corporate hospitals.The staff of the hospital are well behaved and helpful all the time.

My personal opinion about the doctors in this hospital is great. I was admitted in the hospital due to severe dehydration, Dr. Fazil treated me very well. Nursing and hospital staff provided me with very good services. Apart from the great services the cost is reasonable and services are 5 star. I thank the hospital for personalized care.

Indo US hospital’s services are very bad Dr. Fazil and some staff are not only bad but worst in his behavior and services the HR lady is so rude and worst with patients and their attenders. He takes note of the patients condition precisely ensures that the patient is comfortable with the treatment. I am very well satisfied with my treatment as my sugar level has lowered to normal after 2 months of medication and guidelines directed. Assalamualaikum,It was a great experience to see sugar levels fall down in 2 week. DR FAZIL SHAREEF is an effective communicator with good will power,polite, Decent and professional in his work. I meet him few months back when My father is suffering from seviour Gallbladder pain I went to few more hospitals all doctors recommended me to go with surgery but Dr Fazil Shareef treat it with tablets ,my father sugar levels are Around 450 now alhmdulliah after the treatment sugar levels came down Around 150-170.A big thanks to INDO US team for providing such professionlist..☺

Last year my grandmother(hidayat sultana) admitted due to brain stroke ,all thanks to expert dr fazil sharif who treated her very smoothly with in 2 week she got back to normal n visited Canada after 3 months...now she is under his treatment.. even my mother( shabana butool) diabetic patient who is also under his treatment..well experienced dr and has a great speaking skills.

My mother in law, Afzal unnisa, has been Dr Fazils patient past 3yrs. She has many health issues but the most dangerous one is cancer which keeps her landing in the hospital every few months. Alhamdulilah, from day one Dr.Fazil has been a very concerned, sincere and devoted doctor. I have seen him personally involve in situations if he found any kind of careless done. My whole family is very grateful to him and pray for the best for him.And I must praise and thank the nurses in the ICU who took such good care of her as though dealing with their own mother, feeding her on time and bearing with her when she would get upset.A few years back we too were confused and worried about where to go and some one guided us to this hospital. My mother was admitted in Dec 2020 with acute Odema, she has been a diabetic patient for almost over 20 yrs now, she underwent treatment with Dr Fazil Shareef, and recovered. Though we had to admit her twice for that reason, but now she is stable and doing well. Thankyou Dr. Fazil and team for satisfactory treatment.

Iam a diabetic patient. I had severe abdominal pain and vomits, my sugar level was high. I consulted Dr.Fazil Shareef, he admitted me and gave personalised care. My mother was treated in this hospital in November 2020 for urine infection, under Dr. Fazil who is very abusive person and very rude when I ask them why is the bill so big for only urine infection 6 days treatment these hypocrite Dr. Fazil used abusive language, he is not a doctor he is road side compounder who doesnt know how to deal with patient family. Other staff is good but Doctors are very worst and I urged Health ministry to cancel their medical licenses. It shouldnt happen with others.

Account department head is worst she dont even know how to talk to a patient and attenders she assumes like owner of the hospital and judge of a court.But she and the hospital going to face legal activity very soon as i have taken the whole conversation video. I even tried to talk to dr abdul moiz who is medical director but all my efforts went in vain.Need to take legal action against this and i will soon upload video of conversation of that lady.she should learn how to behave.she got all authorities from her doctors head.

Good to know that International patients services division has been included. Doctors of various deseases are available on consultation. Many diagnosis test are under taken at reasonable cost.

We recently visited Indo-us hospital of malakpet for my mother treatment - Lab. Tests done while under Emergency/ observation shows platelet count is under 70,000 and emergency doctor told us to admit the patient immediately and start the treatment she has dengue. We refused and went to Apollo hospital santoshnagar, they repeat the tests and said everything is alright - go home no have any problem.

Hello everyone.i thank the whole team of indous staff for being helpfull and humble in recovering my dad as he was suffering with the Diabetes epidemic. i have visited many hospitals and consulted many doctors but all my hardwork on him gone in vain. then i came to know about indo us hospital malakpet from one of my friend. As my last try and hope was that hospital. alhamdulliah as i heard has came true . The doctors are more affectionate and staff is more co-operative . Alhamdulliah now he is cured well and pursuing his works as his own.once again thank all the team of indo us for being such helpfull and co operative.

It was a good and a calm place, but staff members are too slow in work. We have to wait for long to get a nurse for checkup.

Dont ever visit this hospital better go to Yashoda nearby they may charge you less than this hospital ( unneccesary 9 investigation for normal fever & they will make you admit and give the report results late so you have to be hospital ( rude staff) and they refer to expensive & unnecessary medicines.

Reasonable dialysis ran by charitable trusts with good doctors, best eye doctors ....etc

1. Uncooperative Staff at the reception when asked for the WiFi for contacting family abroad.2. Conducted all the test and when asked what is the problem they said they couldnt find one but at the Discharge Card they listed N no. of Diseases which were not even possible.An insult to the very institution of Hospitals.
