Super sir

You may have heard about idiom that to know that who will be with you in your difficult times and who will desert you to know true color of people and this Dr is not one among the trusted persons. while I heard good views about him but found that they are not true when you want to find some answers for your queries. Following are the things which went incorrectly a) He told us we can call on his phone for any queries but when we call him, he shouts at us if we ask more than one question and keeps the phone down b) When my parents were asking questions he shut door on them and told that go to other Dr. which absolutely is not expected from an experienced Dr like him ! They want to know simple answers on what for his medicines are given and what causes side effects.Found that as long as you keep paying money and dont ask questions (not even GST registered and avoiding taxes) he is good but the moment you start asking questions to know little bit more about diagnosis or medicines and what for they have been given then that puts him off.

Very commerical just like other pvt hospitals he opened his pvt clinic, the diagnostic center is at the first floor where he suggested me to do the tests i asked the technician about the prices he said dr sir will tell u i asked the receptionist abt the prices he said dr sir will tell u and tests are cheap when i came after completing the ecg and other tests and dr mathur said tests are normal no need to worry u have migrane and ahen i asked about the bill he said 7500 including all taxes waah waah dr saab thank u

Understands the problem well. And is very well experienced. Highly recommended neurologist

He is very irresponsible.. he doesnt have time sense..he is not at all responsible to patience...its waste of time and energy to go to him and money as well. During the time of treatment he was on phone as well as he was talking to one of his friend about food at different places he is rediculous... Worst service I have ever seen.

Without prior discussion on health condition took complete details like name, age address and prescription has mentioned for ecg. Later after 4 hours waiting totally dissatisfied with the staff and doctor treatment. Looks to be more interested in developing the hospital.

So many people referred Dr V N Mathur Sir for his talent and experience in Neurology.Looks like Mathur Sir started his own clinic and its still under construction.there is no reception in the clinic with patients pushing each other without masks. there is some uneducated lady who acts as reception with very foul language and lacks dignity.Mathur Sir sits in his room and keeps the patients in the Lift Lobby. in this lobby there will be other patients pushing each other and from there we have to shout and explain our problems ( this is highly unacceptable). After that you will be sent to 1st floor for tests.. 1st floor is a big mess - no serial numbers, no reception, no hygiene and unprofessional treatment.I went and stayed there for 3 hours - nothing happened... ppl flock in and out of the testing room in 1st floor is a hell in itself...Message to Mathur Sir: you have very good name with your patients but if they visit your new clinic they will definitely find some other neurologist for sure.I suggest you apply some policies and first hire an educated reception who can handle patients in an organized manner.I dont have any bad opinion with Mathur Sir and I respect him. Please correct the above problems and I will be more than happy to consult again

No timing . No reception . No propar guidence. No neatness. Only one staf and worst behaviour...and this is not hospital medical shop doctor only gives medicine bills. He ll take one hour for one patient. I ever seen such a worst hospital...

Very unprofessional behaviour by Mr.Mathur.Dont even care about people waiting in the lobby and does every personal work by sitting in the clinic.

Approaches the patient with care and deduces the problem with patience. Does not ask you to go for unnecessary tests unless required .
