Good hospital with all the facilities, all the staff are professionals at there respectful positions. Dr. Dilip kumar was the referral doctor for us to this hospital. It was smooth going my mother recovered with in 2 days. Her sugar levels were stabilised over the night with great care by all the shift doctors and supporting staff. Advice was to more modernisation and extra rooms required.

Doctors aren’t timely available even when the patient condition is serious, they just visit on their fixed timings. Delay/ negligence in finding out the cause of illness n providing some other treatment s without finding the actual cause(Giving wrong medication without diagonising the problem). We have admitted my mother around Saturday evening after a stroke and there were 3more strokes after admitting one at 11pm and other around 4am other at 10am, and still the doctor was unavailable and the doctor visited at 11am at his usual hours by the time my mom was in coma and this hospital doesn’t have proper doctors and facilities to treat this and then the doctor visited us and asked us to shift to another hospital if we wish and we decided to shift to another hospital and they took more than 2hrs for discharging the patient even in such a critical situation. Such an irresponsible hospital and doctor i have ever seen. My mom would have been alive if they have done proper diagonis and given correct medication on time without wasting 1 whole day. And the doctor whom we consulted is Dr.dileep

Mismanagement and gross negligence in Archana hospital ICU resulted in loss of precious life of my friends father Mr Pawar. My friend is now beyond despair as he couldnt save his father after taking so much effort.

Not capable of giving 1 starMy uncle drank sanitizer and we took him to this hospital and directly announced that he is tested covid+ve they told they keep him on ventilator but when we took him to the another hospital the pulse rate was 94 this is tryin hust to seek money from people.

Worst hospital. No hospitality. Doctors behavior at emergency is horrible and I am sure RMP doctors are far better. I took my mom for small injury and they started suggesting plastic surgery unnecessary and when I refused, they billed 6000Rs for injury dressing.

Childrens doctor Aravind is very good, visited him as my neighbour recommended this doctor. doctor shows lots of patience and concern. even after spending more than 15 minutes he did not get irritated and answered all my doubts regarding my child health. explained in detail which vaccines are compulsory and which are optional vaccines where as previous doctors cheated us for my 1st kid by saying all vaccines are compulsory and looted lot of money. Hospital cleanliness need to improve, most of them in waiting area are not wearing masks in hospital and need to take care of that.

Once in recent days I was here​ for an emergency treatment for one of our family member. Emergency treatment department has taken good care and done an exceptional first aid treatment. Thanks to the staff. Just beside main road will help a lot for the needy.

I feel with 2 lakh patients so far treated by the hospital 150 reviews doesnt give any clear picture.. well to give you information I just observed the patent id starting with 190k and with a curiosity I asked what patient ID is? Got to know that its the number of patients who visited and got trated in this Hospital.. This Hospital has changed a lot compared to other days.... Good hospital overall. I gotta very good treatment here comparatively. Though there was some issues with the insurance company, they did not delay the treatment. Awesome staff and nice doctors.

Went in emergency as my shoulder got dislocated. I was in excruciating pain but still the doctors insisted that I do the X-Ray. With the excruciating pain I had to walk (as I was not able to change my position) and get my x-ray. The doctor then relocated my hand back within 30secs. The case was not complex hence no kudos to the doctor. At other times I myself have relocated my shoulder. I was appalled at seeing the money making tactics and zero sympathy towards patients. Such doctors should be behind bars. Charged Rs 3000 for just the setting which took about 30 secs and there were additional expenses for x ray which the doctors didn’t even see. Shame on you. Hope you see this and may you get the same treatment.

The hospital was clean and well maintained, the staff and the nurses on the first floor were helpful and friendly. The doctors were good and patient enough to explain and make us the know about the patient condition. Even the food given to patient was good in taste. Canteen facilities were good.
